The other sponges started falling apart within the first few weeks. I picked up the Scotch brand and have been extremely pleased with the sponges. I had accidentally sliced the sponge but it didn't go all the way through. Now with other sponges, that would have been the end and they would have started falling apart immediately. Not the Scotch brand. Not a single piece has fallen off. It is not falling apart at all. I am now hooked!!! Keep up the good work. Its nice to have a product you can trust.

I have switched and tried less expensive brands and generics but have ALWAYS come back to the Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge for my toughest dish washing needs. I have used it for tough camping pots and pans, grills, stuck on foods and even for items like bath tub soap scum. The ability to scrub and clean with the same sponge is efficient. The sponge rinses clean and does not retain odors after using if rinsed well. Many times I have sent my "hubby" back to the store and said buy the real thing.

Cleans pots and pans yet gentle for glasses and my hands. When you compare how long it lasts and how well it does the job the slight difference in price from the others is well worth it, just try it yourself and see, you will be amazed.

They are very tough, I use them on everything. When I want to sanitize it, I put it through the dishwasher and it's good to go. I've tried others but they just don't hold up as well or clean as well.

I use it for washing dishes, walls, scrubbing spills off the carpet, cleaning the tub, wiping a stubborn stain off of tile, and so many other uses!!! I drop it in the laundry or the diswasher, and it's clean!!! It doesn't fall apart!!! it's just like BRAND NEW!!! AGAIN!!! I would NEVER use another sponge!! I have tried other products, but they don't even come CLOSE to Scotchbrite!!! Thank you for a WONDERFUL, economical,TRULY GREAT product!!!

Using the heavy duty scrub sponge with a little old fashioned cleanser and elbow grease I was able to restore it to almost its original splender. Enough so that I no longer want to replace it. Thank you Scotch Brite.

The biggest thing wrong with these new-design sponges is the shape. I'm sure you guys love how "easy they are to hold in your hand" (?), but I don't use them to clean my hands. I use them to clean pots, pans, containers, and dishes--of all different shapes, and this new design messes up what used to be a totally easy process. The sponge no longer "fits" with cleaning kitchenware simply and easily. I'll use up what I have as quickly as possible and never buy them again (unless you wise up and bring back the older and better design).

They work great and even get coffee stains and other difficult to remove stains off of my kitchen counters and wherever else in the kitchen I need to use them as on the fridge. Our dishwasher cleans them well every time I was them. My hint is to place them on the top rack of my dishwasher. This way, they get desinfected with each wash and are like brand new all over again. I do use a wondeful kitchen cleaner which is a well known product while I am cleaning with your Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Sponges.
