I like that it has no after taste or that you continually burp and your breath smells "fishy". The capsule, itself, is no larger than any other fish oil, but it is easy to swallow. I also like that the label on the bottle states all the ingredients. I do recommend purchasing this fish oil.

Also, my brain waves/thought process are more clearer. I am less forgetful and I've been speed running through crossword puzzles. Also, It's anti-inflammatory! I have arthritis and before using this supplement, I was always have aches and a "hot" feeling in my joints. Omega-3;s really help and because this is a triple strength formula, it was almost immediately I felt less or no inflammation.

The pills are huge I must say but I didn’t have a problem getting it down. Overall I like this product better than the previous brand I used aside from wishing the pill size wasn’t so big.
