I have a little trouble swallowing pills and these scare me a little and I make sure to have a big glass of water . There is a slight fish smell when you open the bottle but no fishy taste when taking the pills. It is recommended to take with food.

Despite the large size they are able to be swallowed. The best part really though is no fishy aftertaste.

I was taking them in the morning and noticed I was burping more than normal but it was mint and not fish. To resolve the burping, I started taking them at night and now don’t have any issue with them. I like that they are a one a day supplement. That means one bottle is good for a good portion of the year. The pills are on the larger size. They’re about the size of a quarter. I didn’t find it difficult to swallow because they are smooth but it does take a time or two to get used to it. If you’re looking for an easy fish oil supplement option without a fishy taste and you only want to take it once a day, I recommend this one by Members Mark.

They're easy to swallow. Not only do I take them but I use them in my dogs food to. They're great for his coat and I already see a difference in his fur. I've been using them for about a week and a half now. I take fish oil to help control my blood pressure and I definitely see and feel a difference
