We were using the much more expensive Sports Research Triple Strength brand omega 3 supplement. In the interest of cutting costs, I began to search for a new omega 3 supplement that had similar amounts of DHA and EPA, was third party tested to be free of mercury and other heavy metals, etc. A pretty big list. There weren't any. Then I found this little gem. It even is made from the same fish as SR, wild Alaskan Pollock. However, there is one major difference that keeps this from being a true dupe for SR. Member's Mark omega 3s are formed from ethyl esters instead of triglycerides. This causes a lot of debate in the health and science world. Look it up if you aren't familiar. I think it's inconclusive. It's not enough to deter me, anyway. I'm taking two a day, which is what I did with SR. So enjoy this awesome, inexpensive omega 3 supplement!!

My wife bought this a couple weeks ago, and she is very happy with the results. After only taking for little over a week, she said that her hair already is more shiney and healthy from this product. There is NO Fishy aftertaste whatsoever! The softgel tabs are rather large and hard to swallow, but the great results of protein, hair health and heart health are way worth it.

I usually use an enteric coated brand and decided to try these. On the rare occasions that I did burp after taking them the only indication was an aroma of mint.

About 6 years ago, I was using a very expensive prescription fish oil. My doctor recommended I try this one at Sam's and I have been using it ever since. I take 2 tablets each night and it helps lower my triglycerides to the level it is supposed to be. No fish oil taste.

This fish oil supplement is a good value and has info on potency and source of fish on the label. No side effects from it. Will continue to purchase as long as Sam's has it available.

This is a great product. My wife is very picky about fish oil. She likes it! Also, we are picky about gelatin and glycerin to be from non-animal sources.Gelatin is from fish as the label says and Sams Club confirmed that Glycerin is from vegetable source.

This product has little fillers and a TRUE 900 mg omega-3. Also a good ratio of EPA/DHA for heart health. You can put any omeg-3 capsule in the freezer over night. Next morning check and if it is cloudy, it is full of fillers, if clear, it is true omega-3.

I only purchase these--the others that I've tried make fishy burps and smell gross.

I have been taking fish oil to aid in joint lubrication even though my MD turns his nose up at the idea, but I have evidence it works for me and my latest purchase of this product adds to that proof. I have been using Nature Made, purchased at Sam's Club, for many years but my wife recently bought this Member's Mark brand when I wasn't shopping with her. Coincidentally, my left knee started hurting and there was no incident that would cause it to start to ache. I then remembered I had changed from Nature Made Fish Oil to Member's Mark, so I switched back and the pain/ache is now going away again. The two products have similar listed ingredients and quantities, but whatever magic mojo Nature Made is using is definitely better for my joints, so ... sorry ... only a single star from me.
