i purchased this speaker to use in the kitchen with a Samsung tv but was disappointed when I could not increase the volume from a mid range volume. This was the purpose of my purchase so that i could better hear the tv by putting the speaker right where I am working when cooking or doing dishes. I did contact your support dept with no resolution of the problem. I thought it was defective so I took it back and exchanged for another. Still didn’t work. I connected another brand of BT speaker (my brothers) and I had no problem. The Bose paired and showed it connected with no problem but could not increase the volume..The style is so unique and purchased it after seeing an ad for the speaker. Boo hoo!,,

Somewhat disappointed. Was expecting better sound quality but instead got a flat "tinny" sounding device comparable to an old school table radio. I have most every version of this device from the past and bought this mainly because of its waterproof feature. It will serve a purpose but not going to be my "go to" portable first choice.

I purchased 2 SL Flex for good reasons, I wanted the BOSE sound in and around my pool! Product description states that it is waterproof and that the SL Flex can float. Doesn't happen! Placed in pool and within 20 seconds it began to immerge and water started spitting from the speaker like a water fountain with distorted sound...I took it out, it still played but.....i purchased because it was said to be waterproof and floats...IT DOES NOT.

Bought this a month before, usual Bose, extremely satisfying. Sounds so perfect you will immediately fall for this! This is my 4th Bose after S1Pro, Soundbar, Wireless Headphone, they make customers happy with unbelievable crisp clear sound and service.

When two speakers are connected in party mode they don’t sync their volume. One might be louder than the other so you have to manually adjust the volume and try to guess when they are set at the same volume. This is a dealbreaker for me. If you don’t plan to use Party Mode then this speaker is great.

Was looking for a good quality speaker that wasn’t huge or heavy, and I found it. I can easily take it everywhere with me, as soon as I turn it on it’s connected and immediately tells me how much battery I have left. Sound quality is exceptional, water resistant is a plus. I have other speakers and this one by far is my favorite.

With 12 hours of charge time we never run the battery out either, so we can go for long adventures. Pairing it with our other speakers when home or out camping has been great as we love hearing our music from wherever we are. Syncing the speakers is quick and easy too. One thing that surprised me was the bass - this speaker may be little, but you can really feel the music. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

I bought this just over a month ago and I can’t stop finding reasons to use it! The sound quality is one of the best I’ve heard when it comes to speakers of its size and price. When I bought it I expect a better experience with sound, but when I turn it up it starts sounding like a one of those cheapest speakers, horrible thing and gave me hard time to connect it to the Bluetooth, every time I got a call disconnected and I have to start over (turn the app, turn off the speaker….)
