My first time purchasing a bose Bluetooth speaker, I never been so happy with sound plus the light weight to carry. This speaker has strong sound reverb, with strong treble and bass.. the price is right and bose speakers long lasting! Yes I am a musician, so sound creates wonderful music.

I received this 2 weeks ago and have been playing music out on our deck every day since have 3 other Bose speakers but i bought this one to use on our trips. It's nice and compact to pack in your suitcase very great sound just like all the other Bose products we have. Very happy with my purchase.

Sounds great. Capable of good volume with musical clarity. Bluetooth connection is quite aggressive once established. If you have two devices connected you have to pause play on the active device to switch sources. The form factor is quite reasonable - ie not too big, and the weight is fair , not too heavy to drag around.

I have 2 of these now. The sound is incredible! Hard to believe how amazing they look and how fantastic they perform. I am extremely happy with the quality and colors. Flawless transaction with Bose, love the free shipping in only 2 days! These speakers are truly freaks of nature, they can't be explained, only experienced!

Ok, so I wanted something small that was blue tooth just for the kitchen when I cook dinner, maybe carry to the bathroom if having a bath. After a bunch of research I go to the local big box shop to hear the options for around (or under) 200 bucks. I hear the JBL and am not impressed especially at low volume which is what I want in something small and easy to move; if I’m having a party I will use the real stereo. I see the Marley and love the look of it, I (can’t hear it) though because there is a wiring problem and the 17 year old sales person can’t sort it out. I then hear the compact Bose and say wow, it seems a bunch better than the JBL in here, but at home in my room(s) is where the proof is in the pudding… But the Marley is (easily) twice the size or more, our looks so nice, the speakers are way, way bigger than the Bose so it has to have a better low end sound, it just has to? So I buy it and take it home. Well, this is not even close to what I hoped for at low volume sound. (It did get better as the volume went up), but I wasn’t looking for concert volume as I made spaghetti. So now I’m disappointed. I go back to the big box store and buy the Bose Flex for (I think) another 20 bucks. I don’t return the Marley, I’m doin the side by side “Pepsi challenge” for: winner lives with me, loser goes back. Well, not (what I would consider) close. The Bose is small and unassuming but is AWESOME! It’s tiny and even at the low volume levels you can feel the base by putting your on the counter top; turn it up and you will say wow?! So the Marley goes back, and every single day I use my little wee Bose flex and smile and say wow!

I bought the pair so that I can have party mode and stereo. The individual units are excellent, each perform great in every respect. The only issue when using the pair is the stereo breaks up. And put back into party mode it still breaks up. But if starting in party mode the pair work great. Not sure if the issue is the app (doubt it since it is really for setup) but I will need to contact customer service for clues. The main reason for buying the pair was the stereo feature.

My wife bought this for me for my birthday. I’ve only had it a week and I absolutely love it. I have the revolve speaker as well and the sound link flex is almost as good as that for half the price. It isn’t as loud and the bass isn’t as strong, but it shouldn’t sound this good from such a small speaker. You crushed it bose!

The speaker is very pretty. The lavender color is great and the fabric loop on the side of the speaker is so helpful for carrying. Unfortunately, Bose pushes you to download their app to use the speaker. This wouldn't be much of an issue, however, the speaker will not operate with the app downloaded. The only way that the speaker will connect to a device is by deleting the app entirely. This poses an issue if you're trying to use more specific features, connect additional speakers, prevent other people from using your speaker, or if you own other Bose products. After going through the entire troubleshooting process, it seems that the speaker is likely faulty and that no repairs are possible. While the Bose website doesn't seem to feature these reviews, other websites indicate that this is a common issue with this speaker, and there are no fixes besides replacement. If you're okay with risking it and potentially not having the app, this speaker may work for you. The materials are nice, it's not too heavy, connects easily to bluetooth when no Bose apps are present, and is durable enough to throw in a backpack. It's just disappointing that a brand like Bose is selling products with this issue for this much money.

I got this actually as a 25 year work anniversary present. Connectivity - easy , Sound - fantastic of course! Mobility- Great size and weight perfect! You could take it anywhere! With a good download list 😁 The ONLY thing is the battery life between chargings! We work a lot in the yard and around the house we get 4 - 5 hours on a charge. And that goes fast when you're busy! Still Love , Still Buy it , but also bring the charger with you 😉

I have 3 iPods & 2 other Bose Bluetooth speakers & was disappointed that I had to download a Bose app for this Flex speaker & found out two iPods would not connect to it but at least I can use this new speaker for iPad, one iPod & my iPhone..but would have liked to know this before buying it. Thought it would pair like other Bose speakers did & would be compatible to all iPods 7th Generation
