I've had this rack about a week. It was easy to assemble. The manual was good except for one step relating to adjusting the tightening mechanism making the hitch bar work for a 2" hitch v. 1 1/4. Just need to loosen nut enough to have it line up with dimensions of 2 x 2 hole instead of taking expansion piece totally loose. I've only loaded my 60# Aventon Pace and driven around neighborhood in preparation for purchasing accessories to beef up system for 200 mi highway trip. Short trip was fine and little to no sway or vibration, but I'm concerned with hitch--only held in with friction of expansion piece and smallish hook that only goes about an inch into 1 of the hitch holes. I'm thinking of adding a U bolt and plate made to be added to 2" hitch for stability and some heavier duty ratchet straps for the tires. Otherwise the function and design is excellent for the price and lighter bikes. Will do later review after I get it ready for 2 bike trip. I would give it a 5+ for 2 non-ebikes for design, ease of functioning and cost.
