Love the drainage this provides and the way the drainage spout is adjustable. My dishes dry faster than using a rubber mat that needed to be emptied

Doesn’t drain at all and is too large. Hole in middle to drain through a tube. Pools up and doesn’t drain.

Drainage connections leak. Woke up next morning to find water all over counter. My husband used home caulking to fix.

Leaks too much water so counter is always wet. Seems smaller than the large Rubbermaid one. Do not like but will use since I paid a lot for it.

A quality dish rack that fits perfect next to our sink. I really like the plate holder portion of the rack which pan covers and cookie sheets fit perfectly.

My daughter has one and I asked her where she got it and when she told me Sam's Club I got one too. I like how big it is because even though I have a dishwasher, I wash my dishes by hand. This won't rust like others. I'm very happy with my purchase

Overall it's a great dish rack! Like many said it does not include the extender feet shown in the photos. These are necessary if you have a drop in sink and was the reason I ordered this product. So that was disappointing but still a good product.

The disk rack is nice and big, cup rack is only for 4 cups! I got it because of the water drain but honestly i wouldn't recommend it! It's not centered and the water doesn't drain and it leaves water marks

While this Dish Rack looks nice, the engineering of the drain tray is certainly lacking. I wish engineers actually had to USE the product they design. One little hole with TOO SHORT of a draining arm attached just doesn't do the job properly. So, while I love the rack, the draining functionality really sucks!
