If you have a top mount sink, the tube gets elevated by the lip and it does not drain correctly. Had they only made the feet 1/2-1 inch taller, it would be compatible with all sinks. A very poor choice by the "design team" in China.

This Dish Rack works great for us. We have a raised lip on our sink that makes the flat ones having to be raised up with a pad to pitch the water towards the sink. This one with the center drainage point and tube underneath works great.

This looks very nice but beware if you have a drop-in sink. I bought this because of the attachable "feet." There are no attachable "feet." This does not work with a drop in sink.

I love this dish rack. It is made well, super sturdy. The direction changing water run off is so convenient. The whole look is pleasing to they eye. Yes, I would recommend this dish rack to friends.

I wish I had left the box to return it and not thrown away my old one because it leaks a lot of water and my counter is always wet, I had one for years and I wanted a new one, but it was a bad option

Love this draining board. Plate racks are straight up and down making it easier to rotate. Only suggestion is to improve the drain channel and provide a lift that can go on either side to guide water towards sink. Mine sits on edge of sink making the other end lower

I like the design very functional and modern looking. It does leak a bit but I figured that may be fixed with the extender dish rack feet that are showed in the pictures. So as I read below I called the customer service number listed. Unfortunately these are not available at this time. I wish they were. Please let me know if I can get these dish rack feet some how I would like to have them. Thanks :)

I bought this awhile ago and really like the dishrack. The problem is the drain tray - it doesn't really drain well and in fact drips water from the spout and leaves a puddle of water on the counter. I will get rid of the tray and get something else to put underneath the rack.

Does not drain well, so you will need to clean it weekly. My biggest complaint is that, the drain tube will leak where they attach. It does not matter if you make it short or long, it will leak. I just used silicone to make it a permanent fix. Lastly, if you have big plates or bowl, this will not work well. I recommend this to someone who wants a puddle of water underneath and have flat plates only.

I ordered this dish drain which has an adjustable drainage tube underneath. The drainage tube is worthless because the adjustable part leaks. I suppose it was meant to release the water from the dish rack into the sink but it doesnt happen. The water flow stops 1 inch from the tip. That made me to lift the dish rack to look why it wasnt working and there was a puddle of water sitting on the counter! Where the drainage tube adjusts the length is where it was leaking. Because i had already put the dish drain into use i couldnt return it so I just removed the tube and place a tray underneath to catch the water. DONT RECOMMEND!! Will probably need to replace sooner than i would like to.
