This d Dish strainer board is very sleek and design very sturdily made and the function of the drain tube on the bottom that allows her multi direction sink placement is perfect. Additionally, one of my favorite parts of this is the over the side, cupholder allowing cups to drain and dry properly the best drainer I’ve ever had. I will note that it is very long, and if you do not have the counter space, it will be difficult.

Dish rack seems okay overall but biggest complaint is the drainage track underneath leaks where it can be extended out between the gaps. Either need to caulk the gap or raise the backend higher so water cannot flow back through the gap and leak all over the counter. Without some kind of fix, water drains all over the counter. I think it's a bad design. Surprising manufacturer doesn't provide something to account for this to prevent leakage between the gaps.

Absolutely love this dish rack! It holds so much. Even my large 14 inch cooker fits in it. I really like that there is a dedicated spot for cups and water bottles. I can put my water bottles to dry on the peg and put the lid on the little shelf so they don't get lost in the big bin. This dish rack has a two part system where the water goes into the lower chamber and then to a downspout that drips into the sink. The spout helps push it all to one spot so if I move the rack, I don't get a giant puddle on accident. Very well made and sturdy. My items don't tip the rack over. We will be using this for a long time.

I love the style of the dish rack system, But the extension legs that are shown in the images are not included and it doesn't tell you that, the leg extenders was a big reason I chose this one, because I always have to raise my drain board some.That is the reason for my 2 star rating .I hope after contacting customer service they will send me some..otherwise your not getting all your seeing in the images.

Not a happy customer with the service. Did not receive the feet extenders given the phone number 888-746-7726 to call and all they want to do is sell you a medical device and not assist with actual needs. When you decline their offer for the device the call conveniently gets disconnected.

Pros - I like the black and wood look together. It looks stylish. I thought the mug holder was a neat feature. My husband thought the “moveable” spout was neat. The silverware holder a plus as I keep it for quick access to paring knives. Cons - The mug holder was warped and needed to be twist-tied in place to drain into the drain board. I think my board must be warped due to the water not collecting at the drain hole and going down the spout. Also the water backs up to the drain joint and drips all over the counter. The spout also isn't long enough that water leaves the spout, hit the sink edge and water falls 1/2 in the sink and the other falls on the sink edge and ends up on the counter. Be sure you either have a flat low sided drop in sink or an undermounted sink as anything with a lip on a drop in will be headache. Not sure how to fix the problems with the spout, so looking for a new drain board (that drains from the whole side and the board is more angled).

The shape of the solid tray does not drain very much of the water. There is always a nasty pool of water until you remove all the trays, drain, and wash yourself. The pivoting water trough leaks when water finally does make it to the drain hole. The shape and spacing of the glassware rack is very iffy for short,heavy juice or rocks glasses. The silverware tray is too small and not deep enough. It's difficult to believe anyone researched this product and found it worthy to to take up shelf space in Sam's, much less at the price it sells for.

If it didn't leak all over my counter, it would easily be 5 stars. I bought this because it was large and could handle the number of dishes we do on the daily. I was super happy with it until I noticed water all over my counter. The whole reason I bought this is so that I wouldn't have to have a wet dish towel on the counter overnight. I have taken the drain piece off several times to try and correct it leaking, but it continues to leak. I would return it, but I threw the box away already. Do not recommend.
