The towels and wash cloths are very high quality. $ 30 for 2 huge bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths is a really good price for towels this nice. This is one of those deals you might hesitate because it seems too good to be true, it’s not! Highly recommended!

I have had the dusty blue and white for over a year now and they have never shed and are still lovely despite weekly washings. I love the very generous size and how thick and absorbent they are. I am about to try the brown set here and will check back as it is one showing that it sheds in the pictures. I have bought so many towels that have been relegated to the dog kennel and garage duty and paid so much more for them. Maybe it is they way they are washed? I never use softener with towels ever and I dry them on the next to lowest setting right before "NO" heat. I suspect high heat and softeners c...

They were made properly. They did not drop lint. They did not pill. The manufacture and weave of these Hotel towels her are gutter trash. I am not exaggerating when I say this, but I have washed them and dried them 10 times and they are still dropping lint and pilling. The first 4 loads clogged up my washing machine so badly I needed to scrub it down before it seized the tub. The lint captured at each cycle was the size of a full hand towel. And it still hasn't stopped after 10 runs. I have probably burned through half a months electricity trying to get these things usable, but...

I like the price, like that the set actually matches and seems heavy enough to last a while, and it was very convenient to have them sent to my house using my free shipping. Win, win, win.
Towels that actually absorb!
The Right Price - 1 out of 5 stars review9/15/2025I’ve only had these towels for a few days and have washed and dried them over 10 times since I received them… and there are MASSIVE amounts of lint that keeps coming off of them. The lint clogs up the dryer lint filter and continues to come off on wet skin when you try to use them to dry your hands or body. I am attaching photos. I’m not sure how these are made, but the quality is way too poor to have this much lint. They are at least soft, but they are not usable with this much lint. Also, after just one wash, the towels tear and fray all over the place. I bought two packs of the Members Mark Hotel Premier 6 Piece Towel in the Black color.

MITCH - 5 out of 5 stars review3/7/2024We needed to replace all of the towels in our new bathroom. After searching many retailers, we selected these Member's Mark towels from Sam's Club. We are so glad that we did! They are just right - not so thick so that they're too heavy, but plenty thick and very soft. They are also the most absorbent towels that we've purchased in years. It seems like a lot of towels these days just smear the water around on your body. When we towel off with these, we are dry - even our hair! Highly recommend these. We'll be buying more.

Sam's club quality is usually very good but these towels are the worst purchase I have made in a long time. The lint from these towels ruined other items that were in the wash with them. In addition, the dryer vent was full of lint after drying the towels. I have to wash these towels separately now if I don't want to ruin other clothes and the lint continues to be a problem. I will not buy this item again.

They are very think chinsy made they are not the same quality as the ones in the store . they say they are the hotel collection but they are not same quality . When I brought them back to return we went back and bought the higher quality ones in the store brought them up to return register to show the front desk cashier and she agreed that quality was way below what is on the floor. They have more colors on line but quality is poor.. if you like the ones on the store floor purchase those.. do not waste your time and money on the members mark hotel collection on line.BRENDA

They cane out of the dryer looking older than the ones they replaced. I've never had this happen with other towels that I've purchased from here.

After washing it a couple of times it became so hard that i used it as a scrubbing clothe. It was way too hard to use on the body. There is no way that it could have been 100% cotton. I would not recommend these towels as they are not soft as you would expect and fade.
