The washcloths are a little thin, in my opinion, but on the other hand it's probably easier to use them when cleaning ears and other smaller areas. I have washed the sets twice and dried them 3 times (once with just air) to try to take care of the lint. I then used the bath towel for my own shower, just to check the lint situation. NO LINT came off as I dried!! There was also minimal lint in the dryer filter the third time drying.
