The washcloth was not the same color as the towel from the beginning. After washing it a couple of times it became so hard that i used it as a scrubbing clothe. It was way too hard to use on the body. There is no way that it could have been 100% cotton. I would not recommend these towels as they are not soft as you would expect and fade.

I have bought only these MM Aqua color towels in store for many years. They last thru multiple washings. Sadly the last few years Sam’s doesn’t sell the beautiful Aquifer (Aqua) color in store anymore & I wish that would change. So I had to order that lovely color Online which is sold in 6 piece sets: 2 bath towels 2 hand towels 2 wash cloths. I bought 3 sets. Received them very quickly. Best towels set & priced right. Today I looked online to order Aquifer color 6 piece set again but it’s now Out of Stock. So Disappointed. Sam’s Club this popular color should be Restocked ASAP since your customers are buying them faster than other colors you offer. Recommend MM Towel Sets AAA+

Love these towels and the colors were exactly what I was looking for. I have always liked the quality of these towels and they hold up well after many years of use. I just wish I didn't have to order them online to get the colors that I needed. The towels that the stores carry are very limited in color choices. Glad I thought about checking out the website to find other color options. They really are a great buy.

Ordered these because I thought they were exactly like the ones they sell in the store but when I got them they are not. They are very think chinsy made they are not the same quality as the ones in the store . they say they are the hotel collection but they are not same quality . When I brought them back to return we went back and bought the higher quality ones in the store brought them up to return register to show the front desk cashier and she agreed that quality was way below what is on the floor. They have more colors on line but quality is poor.. if you like the ones on the store floor purchase those.. do not waste your time and money on the members mark hotel collection on line.

These look great and I love the thickness. Hiwever, after about the second or third wash aton of snugs, on both sides, were present. They cane out of the dryer looking older than the ones they replaced. I've never had this happen with other towels that I've purchased from here.

This is a first time purchase of these towels. I just love them. They are thick and absorbent; I have washed them twice and they look/feel great. I purchased the denim color; not too light or dark a shade. I read the SAMS reviews on this towel set before purchase. They are made in India. I recommend them.

We needed to replace all of the towels in our new bathroom. After searching many retailers, we selected these Member's Mark towels from Sam's Club. We are so glad that we did! They are just right - not so thick so that they're too heavy, but plenty thick and very soft. They are also the most absorbent towels that we've purchased in years. It seems like a lot of towels these days just smear the water around on your body. When we towel off with these, we are dry - even our hair! Highly recommend these. We'll be buying more.

Let me explain my awful rating for these before you dismiss it as a bot post. I have purchased Hotel Collection towels many years ago. They were excellent. They were made properly. They did not drop lint. They did not pill. The manufacture and weave of these Hotel towels her are gutter trash. I am not exaggerating when I say this, but I have washed them and dried them 10 times and they are still dropping lint and pilling. The first 4 loads clogged up my washing machine so badly I needed to scrub it down before it seized the tub. The lint captured at each cycle was the size of a full hand towel. And it still hasn't stopped after 10 runs. I have probably burned through half a months electricity trying to get these things usable, but they still aren't there yet. I have purchased other plush towels before from LL Bean, Lands End, Duluth Trading, and they are plush and thick but have a tighter weave so the lint doesn't kill everyone in the house. These are not those. Caveat Emptor. Do Not Buy These Towels. You will regret it, unless wearing a cotton beard on every inch of every body crack is not a big thing for you.

A family member has a set of these towels and they were the softest towels I'd ever used, so I decided to purchase a set myself. Unfortunately my Sam's club didn't carry them in store so I had to order online. When the six piece set arrived I was immensely disappointed. These towels are far from the soft plush towels that my family member had and that pushed me to order this set. Idk if they changed the towel manufacturing or what but I will be returning.

These towels are fluffy and nice to use. When compared to other new towels I've purchased, the lint coming off is minimal. I'm dropping the rating slightly because one of the 6 bath sized towels I purchased has a hole developing after 3 washes. No trauma to the spot- regular use, regular wash and a hole!
