Sleek packaging, arrived on time, works great. Setup was pretty easy but had a little trouble syncing it with the app. Luckily, customer service was very responsive and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Now after using it for a few weeks, I think it's not as quiet as I would've hoped but overall I'm pretty pleased. I love having the ability to control the AC through the Windmill app

Easy to install, as promised - also like the low profile. It does the job, but the fan is pretty noisy - there is a definitely metallic jangling sound every time the fan spins around which is a bit grating. Not sure if this is just my model. Also, was surprised by the format of the box the AC arrived it; the AC sits in a bottom cardboard tray, and the surrounding box lifts off the top. The two pieces are not fixed well to one another, so could lead to some heavy mishaps if not carried properly.

Great AC. My second windmill. 1st was 8000 btu. The air blows out at 47 degrees! Wow it is cold and extremely easy to install. Ready right out of the box with everything you need to seal up window and cover gaps —Eve has the scissors you’ll need. My 2nd windmill is the 12000 btu. It’s just as cold. When I plugged it in and turned it on, I thought it was broken. I checked the surge suppressor and plug outlet but nothing changed I thought…. The room began to get cool and I realized —-It was running!!! It’s the quietest AC I have ever seen or imagined! At least 9 x quieter as advertised. It’s almost silent!!! Great Job Windmill!!!!

definitely as advertised it is quiet and very cool. Do you have a trouble with the remote the battery was a little weak replace the battery and now it’s working well. Also, if you have an old home with old windows, I suggest you tighten up all those gaps and those windows because it will rattle the windows but once you do that, it’s very quiet overall I would recommend this air conditioner, especially if it’s in your bedroom

So easy to install. I usually dread having to put the window units in every summer. Theses look so good and fit the window so well, I may leave them in. My moody teenagers love controlling the unit on their phones. They can cool the room down before they get home. I was hesitant to spend the money but it’s worth every penny!

We have two Windmill Air Conditioners, the 6000btu and the 8000btu. Love them both. Very quiet and super easy to control using the app. We had an issue with one of them and customer service was awesome! Very quick to respond to take care of the issue and followed up to make sure things were right! Definitely recommend this company!

In the Bay Area, we didn’t use to need air conditioning, but in the last 5-6 years, the summers have gotten hotter. I cannot afford to install a house wide air conditioner, so I got a window unit to just keep my bedroom cool. It didn’t do a great job, but it was okay. Then I saw an ad for Windmill and thought I would try it. It has made all the difference in the world. I didn’t care if it was quieter, I just wanted it to cool my bedroom more efficiently. It is everything I have needed. Thank you for such a great appliance!

I did a ton of research before buying an A/C. I decided to trust windmill and I was not disappointed. I had a little trouble with the AC fan at first but customer service responded in less than 15 minutes. They were attentive, kind, understandable and mostly helpful. They sent me a replacement after examining the situation and now everything runs smoothly. Always happy to support small businesses!

The Windmill AC was a breeze to install! I am a petite woman and installed by myself. The window it is sitting is was easy also because it leans out to my deck about 4 feet off the ground. It cools a room quickly and quietly. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I wish I could give them more stars! I had a technical issue with my unit and after troubleshooting it via email for 30 min I had a confirmation number with a brand new unit coming my way!! Insane costumer service!! Aside from that the unit itself is amazing! It sits in our living room so it’s been so nice to be able to hear the TV and not have cold air blowing directly on you. Quit and efficient machine!
