I really needed a window air conditioner but to be honest, I hated the way the majority of them looked. This air conditioner wasn’t just super easy to install but it looks great. I was a little worried about if it would fit at first but sure enough it did. The machine itself is super quiet. I’m probably going to end up buying another one soon. 10/10

I absolutely love my Windmill! It’s sleek, works great, and the customer service I received was top notch. I unfortunately had my new unit stolen from my building’s vestibule after delivery but Maggie was fantastic and they shipped me a new one quickly. I was so grateful considering this summer’s heatwaves. Installation was a breeze! I would recommend this AC to anyone looking to upgrade and improve their cooling capability in their home. Windmill is a great/top-notch air conditioner. After years of struggling with window air conditioners, we finally found one that is right for our home, sleek ins design and works well for us. Windmill was very responsive to our need to replace a unit - emailing us on a weekend when needed!

I had a top-notch customer support experience with Windmill representatives despite my being a pretty high maintenance customer. I wanted to cancel my order to change my payment method and it was swiftly taken care of no questions asked. Then when my order had delivery issues, Windmill staff were highly responsive and personable, and they rectified the situation with a sense of urgency and attention I haven’t experienced in a long time, maybe ever. And when I finally got it, it was a breeze to set up and is working like a charm!

I read a review for Windwill on The NYTime's Wirecutter that described the Windwill as the best looking and easiest to install unit. Apparently also great on electricity. The unit arrived by mail in 3/4 days, was installed in a snap, and looks clean. It is also very efficient! I see my electric bills on a weekly basis -- and even with the high and humid days of NYC in June - there has been little escalation to my electricity use - i.e. bill. Buying online can be hit and miss; the Windmill is a big hit!

We purchased 2 Windmill AC units, and they have worked great. Quite and keeping our apartment perfectly comfortable. Operating and monitoring from my phone is a no turning back advantage to smart devices, and everything about these machines has delivered as promised. Easiest installation ever, and clearly designed well.

I love this air conditioner mainly because it tells you when the filters need to be changed and it's simple easy. The front cover is magnetic clean them, put them back on there chain. Let it know that you changed it and it's good. Also it blows air up and so it kind of blows up air up and out and I like it freezing. So all my friends have always complained about the air conditioner in my bedroom when they come in there but not with the windmill because it blows up and out and everybody's fine.

In love! Cools up my small room so fast and the wifi capability is amazing. Easy installation. The design is so minimalist and non-clunky. The fit is perfect as well. Took me no more than 10 minutes - had friends come over and they bought their own because they were so amazed at the compactness but huge punch of air. It’s also very good at blowing just the right amount of air which you can control. Love it!

Latest in design and technology. It looks great inside and outside has a nice design that is simple and easy on the eye. Works perfect with low noise level (can hear tv and sleep well) and has a feature of blowing the fan upward. Remote control.. makes it easy to set at ECO temp and it maintains that level perfectly. It is as close to central air in a window unit as your going to get. Best I have ever seen!! Well priced for the quality and performance. Extremely easy to install too!

Impressively quiet and really elegantly designed. We considered getting central AC but here in New York our hot season is short. So we updated our window units and we are happy with the decision, having saved a lot of money and this looks, feels and sounds like a huge improvement both functionally and aesthetically. Highly recommended. Most importantly, very cool, literally and figuratively.
