Took the plunge and came across this modern AC after reviewing different models. It’s far quieter than the conventional older traditional air conditioners and I love that I can use the app or Alexa to turn it on & off. I will say, I did have to get someone to install the triangular outlet but the wait was worth it! Very happy with my purchase.

Windmill is a great/top-notch air conditioner. After years of struggling with window air conditioners, we finally found one that is right for our home, sleek ins design and works well for us. Windmill was very responsive to our need to replace a unit - emailing us on a weekend when needed!

Replacied my kids AC with a Windmill- old one was loud, Windmill super quiet. My daughter who is NOT handy, installed it herself- so definitely it had clear instructions. Looks sleek and my daughter had said she'd seen lots of people getting these and raving on social media, now she's one them too, lol.

Amazing Customer Service - I have had to reach out a couple of times but they were always so prompt, so respectful. It really makes you feel valued as a customer. I hope they always make AC's because I'm forever loyal. Even my cats sleep better with these AC's

After buying window units for years and I do mean years 20+! This is by far the SINGLE BEST ONE EVER!!! I will never think about purchasing a different brand. While living in Minnesota, we definitely have our share of cold weather. We have hot muggy summers as well. Our house is 90 years old so small windows is the standard and the unit fits perfectly. I am so happy!

The Windmill AC was a breeze to install! I am a petite woman and installed by myself. The window it is sitting is was easy also because it leans out to my deck about 4 feet off the ground. It cools a room quickly and quietly. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I LOVE my windmill ACs. I bought 3 for my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment and they work perfectly. They keep the space cool throughout a hot East Coast summer on the 5th floor. One of the ACs never made it despite saying it had been delivered. Customer service was one of the best I've ever had. They sent a new one within a couple days and made it a painless process. I highly recommend Windmill ACs for style, function, and great customer service.

Got my Windmill AC the other day, but had to wait for my 20 and 24 year old nephews to install it. I'm disabled. They did a great job working together and got it into my window fast. Turned it on and it cooled off my hot and humid living room within a couple of minutes. It looks so nice.

I wish I could give them more stars! I had a technical issue with my unit and after troubleshooting it via email for 30 min I had a confirmation number with a brand new unit coming my way!! Insane costumer service!! Aside from that the unit itself is amazing! It sits in our living room so it’s been so nice to be able to hear the TV and not have cold air blowing directly on you. Quit and efficient machine!

As noted in my review title I installed the first unit but then it was making a really loud noise (way worse than my former regular type AC). I reached out to customer service, who were excellent (I sent them videos and they agreed something wasn't right), and totally on top of everything. I did need to rebox the unit (at 70lbs no easy task) but Windmill sent a shipping label and arranged to have FedEx come to my home to pick it up, which was great, and sent a replacement unit that came very quickly. The replacement unit works very well - it is very quiet as advertised (not silent, that's not possible), but sometimes I do actually forget its on when walking in from another room. So very happy with the replacement unit! One note, unlike other A/Cs, this unit does seem more "precious" or prone to damage, so you need to really handle it carefully to ensure it functions properly, but overall, very happy with the upgrade, and still very happy I went with Windmill!
