As advertised, the air conditioner is easy to install and nice looking. Simple controls. Paired easily with iPhone. It was nice to have the option of not using the (well-designed) side panels. We put in a plexiglass panel instead to let in more light.

definitely as advertised it is quiet and very cool. Do you have a trouble with the remote the battery was a little weak replace the battery and now it’s working well. Also, if you have an old home with old windows, I suggest you tighten up all those gaps and those windows because it will rattle the windows but once you do that, it’s very quiet overall I would recommend this air conditioner, especially if it’s in your bedroom

Received the unit, packaging was secure and slick and install was an absolute breeze. Connecting to the network was easy (side request, would love home assistant integration so that I can build in more automations in my home). Once I turned it on I experienced an annoying rattling noise and a deep vibration that felt like my home was going to shake off the foundation. I went to contact support over the phone/chat and, unfortunately they don't have this option. Contacted support via email instead which I hate because this is normally day to day communication instead of immediate. Wowzers trousers. This customer support team is next level. I received a 4 paragraph email within minutes of my email. It was so fast I thought it was automated. It was so thorough that I am still struggling to comprehend the typing speed of the individual (Skye) that assisted me. The team went back and forth with me for quite a few emails and were unable to fix the issue. No worries! They sent me a new one, no arguing, no questions. Just help and accountability. I literally cannot ask for more from a customer service group. On this alone, Windmill AC is worth it. The product itself is beautiful (we all know that) and the interface is easy. I particularly love that the air is pushed on the sides and top, instead of from the front. This means people nearby don't get blasted with cold air, i.e. you don't have a freezing cold spot right next to the AC which I had with every other window and portable unit I've had/experienced in the past. Love this product, love this team. 100% recommend to all.

Original unit was functioning as "Fan" only. No change after troubleshooting. Windmill customer service was responsive and supportive. New replacement unit (no additional cost) now installed and fully operative. Something of a novelty in the year 2023 to have a company whose customer service is easy to access and who stands behind their product. Highly recommend.

I love my new Windmill AC unit! Delivery was a breeze. I used a TaskRabbit for installation, and the person even mentioned how simple the process was. You don’t need to purchase anything else, comes with cardboard to fit your window unit perfectly (and with a much more pleasing look than those plastic window extenders). Works exactly how O expected: powerful, easy to use, and quiet! Multiple friends have complimented on how nice it looks. I haven’t set up the app for remote control use, but will do that soon. Highly recommend!

The design of this AC unit is beautiful, simple, and functional. It definitely cools my space better than any other I've had. There was an issue with my original unit, but Windmill support made sure I received a replacement quickly, and working with support was a superior customer service experience. I love my Windmill!

My studio apartment is 26 feet long by 13 feet wide with the windows at one end and the bed at the other. It had been impossible to find an a/c unit that could span the length. The Windmill does it easily . The angled air flow has the cool air hitting the ceiling and then flowing down to the other end. I can now sleep in cool air and also sit by the windows without frigid air blowing on me. The unit is very quiet. I can have a conversation even if I’m sitting right in front of it. I don’t’t have to turn up the volume on the TV to hear. It was easy and quick to install, easy and quick to clean the filter and the phone app is great. If you’re looking for a new a/c, I strongly encourage you to buy the Windmill. It’s a bit more pricey than other standard units, but it is well worth the price!

Replaced our homes window air conditioners with 2 small and 1 medium Windmill units. It was super simple to install these units. The quality pair of scissors included with each unit was a nice bonus for cutting the foam to size. Have already noticed that the Windmill units run a lot less often and keep our home a lot more comfortable. So happy to have found these.

The instructions with the AC are clear & easy to understand. The look of the AC is appealing & the angle the air blows out from the top is effective to cool the room. The remote is helpful. I had an issue come up & customer service was prompt & solved my problem. It was easy to install.
