Sleek and elegant, inside and outside! Features are plentiful for an air conditioner including wifi and a user friendly app. Shipping was effortless and installation was a breeze (pardon the pun). Compressor noise is unavoidable but the fan could be quieter. Overall we’re very pleased and would highly recommend.

Really excellent AC for city apartments - I was able to haul it up my walkup and install it myself very easily. Design and efficiency super nice, the 8000 and 6000 BTU units cool and dehumidify my rooms really well. Customer support is amazing if you have any issues. However, the newer app needs work

Not entirely impressed. My room is roughly 300sq feet and I feel as if my 8300bcu unit has to run for entirely too long for it to cool the room down. Eco mode is not the move either, takes twice as long and doesn't keep the room cooled like when it's on "cool" mode.

Surprisingly quiet: Once it gets going it makes about as much noise as a table fan set on low, if that. Installation is a breeze, and the pre-installed baffles to block the rest of the width of the window make that part very simple: you just pull and you’re done. The panels that overlie the baffles are very easy to place, and make the window look far nicer than other window boxes. The app is very easy to use, and we are extremely pleased with our new air conditioner.

So far so great with my new Windmill 12k BTU ac . It is runs beautifully quiet and really is a smart device as it manages the temperature very well . The design is a dream . Clean and simple . I watched the install and it went very smoothly . The app a pleasure to use for setting changes too .

I order two different AC which One was yours and Midea AC. The Midea was not for our window and to complicated to put it together .The air condition windmill is easy to put in easy to use but in case of things that happened to me with an E3 that show on the screen didn’t know what it was. it would be good to put some instructions in the box on what to do instead of emailing people in the middle of the night to find out how to fix the problem unfortunately they didn’t know and they replace mine with a new windmill air condition with the amount of BTU my room is only 10 x 12 and it should be really really cold but it’s not, So I just have to deal with it . Need to improve the coldest on the AC. If you do that you will have a great product. If you improve it.

The Windmill team was super supportive and helpful when my original order went missing. Once I received the replacement, I was happy to start using it. It's powerful and useful in my third floor studio apartment and is aesthetically way better than any other window AC option that I've found.

We started off a little rough during shipping and made the air conditioner a little noisy but without hesitation they ask for some pictures and some video of the issues and they sent me out a new one their customer service is superb Thank you very much for taking care of the situation so quick

I waited 3 years to get a Windmill AC! In 2020 I saw this amazing AC that would make sleeping in my bedroom in the summer month doable, this AC blew the air upwards, I was ready to buy but Windmill did not make a 10,000 BTU, I decided I was going to wait for them to make a 10,000BTU I endure my ancient AC for 3 years but it was worth the wait when my Windmill 10,000 AC was delivered on May 24 (thank you Maggie). This AC is beautiful, it comes with easy to understand directions, and all the accessories needed for installation, It also comes with a cute scissors to cut the cosmetic side panels to the correct size. I did need help to lift and place the AC in the window but the rest of the installation was a breeze, I turned my AC on and it was quiet. Thank you Windmill for making it easier for me to sleep comfortably in my bedroom this summer!

The unit is very attractive, though mine arrived with a slight dent in the housing. Installation was fairly easy, though I had to adapt it a bit due to my storm windows. It cools very well, however it does rattle and buzz. I had to tape the filter to the unit to stop vibration noise. I am least satisfied with the way the unit and app communicate. I have deleted and reinstalled it, but the app always registers the room temp as 67 and watts used as 20. There is a long lag between turning the unit on in the app and it actually coming on. I had it set at 68 and when I woke up, the display on the unit read 59--a little too cold.
