Windmill ACs are incredibly easy to use, are really nice to look at, and very quiet. I have nothing but good things to say about Windmill. Plus, I needed to contact customer service about an issue and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. Wonderful company.

Just moved to NYC in May and wanted to purchase both an aesthetic and functional AC unit. The windmill is exactly that. I hired a task rabbit for the install through the windmill template so the install was a breeze. The unit is quiet on the low settings but can crank up and really cool down my room in a few minutes on the higher fan. The app is the best part and works seamlessly. I love to turn it on from my app when im 15 min from home so I can arrive into a cooled room.

I was excited to receive my whisper quiet medium sized unit but there were some hiccups. The customer support team helped me deal with some shipping issues and after much communication, I now have my unit installed and it's great! really quiet. more quiet than the mini unit we installed last summer.

The windmill ac was very easy to install… the side panels make it look so much nicer than a regular ac. I love how the light from the setting change dims after a minute or two so it doesn’t shine and glow all night when trying to sleep. I love that I can control it from my phone too.

Installation was simple and the unit is attractive, although maybe a little bigger than I anticipated. I also expected it to be much quieter, which was maybe wishful thinking but it sounds like any other AC to me, not necessarily quieter or smoother like it was advertised.

My wife and I own a two-story 1926 bungalow. Our first floor is open from the living room, to dining room, to the kitchen. I needed a window unit that could effectively cool these three rooms with the help of a pedestal fan (800-900 sq. ft.) We purchased the 12K BTU WhisperTech™ which is rated for 550 sq. ft. This unit is nothing short of amazing. With the help of said pedestal fan to push the air throughout our first floor, we can keep the temperature around 73-74 on a 85+ degree day. The unit looks good in our space, isn't terribly loud, and was extremely easy to install. I would highly recommend Windmill to anyone in the market.

Who knew I’d be singing the praises of a window AC unit?! Windmill air is the best. Hands down. No lie. 10/10 recommend. Not only did their stellar customer service team respond to my inquiries quickly and effectively, but delivery was quick, installation was easy, and quality is top notch. My unit is quiet, cool, and cute - three descriptors that I never imagined I’d be using about a window AC unit. In fact, we might just buy an additional unit for another room. Just a regular AC. I cried twice trying to get this thing in the window. It works nicely, not too loud and definitely powerful. The decorative panels look cheap and don’t sit flush to the window. I wanted to return it but that would have been too much of a hassle, and really I was just mad at how difficult the install was for me. I live in a brownstone with normal windows.

I purchased a Windmill air-conditioner a year ago and it stopped working. I contacted them and they replaced the unit free of charge and in a timely manner once I was able to provide them with all of the back up documents. I now have the new unit installed and it is sleek and quiet.

This is a great nicely designed Air conditioner. Its quiet and does the job. Also it looks nice in the window and that's a bonus. Its also very easy to install! WIndmill has a great kit containing every thing you need including scissors! My favorite part is the connection to my google assistant, where I can ask google to turn the windmill on or off or set it a certain temp. I did contact customer support on a question, and they were great to work with a really helpful. Nice Air conditioner, Nice company. You won't be sorry if you buy one of these!!
