After thoroughly researching AC units I decided to purchase a Windmill 10,000 BTU whisper tech. I am more than satisfied with the unit. Not only is it quiet, powerful and quickly cools my large home, it is aesthetically pleasing and easy to install and navigate. While 1 unit was enough, I ended up buying a second unit. Had to contact customer service for minor issues and they were quick, understanding, responsive and quickly and surprisingly corrected my issue above what my expectations were. Highly recommended this AC!

i bought two 8,000 BTU units for my apt (which is about 650 square feet) and they work so well! i have one in the living room and one in my bedroom, and it is MORE than enough to the point that i only run one at a time. installation was so easy. highly recommended.

The A/C is quiet and looks great but, it doesnt really get the room cold very well. Not a huge fan of the air up design but its not horrible its just I can turn it on and set it to high at the lowest setting and wont even feel much temperature difference for a few hours even though its the right size btu for my room. I wanted to love it, it was easy to install and to connect to on the app but it just doesn't do the one thing i needed, cool the room at a reasonable speed. I also was pretty disappointed by the filter, its only a few inches big in the center of the intake where as for the price and advertising of it i expected it to cover the entire area and not just a small portion in middle so it doesn't seem like itll do too much.

We ordered 2 10k btu quiet units for our home and received them quickly. Unfortunately one of the units did not work properly. An email sent to the support team was responded to in a few hours, troubleshooting services suggested, and when that did not resolve the problem a new unit was shipped out to us quickly. It’s always frustrating to get a product that’s not working properly, but a great company sets itself apart by making a resolution quick and painless. Very satisfied with our purchase and will add a few more units to our 1525sft home in the coming season. Compliments to the design team and the customer service team.

I've owned 4 Windmill window air conditioners for several years and highly recommend them. I'm a picky consumer and I do a lot of research and expect good quality and this is the only brand that I will buy. It's a family company that truly cares about their products and customer service. The units are very easy to install. The units disperse the cool air in a way that is much more effective than conventional units. The remote control and the app makes setting and making changes very easy. The app reminds you when to clean the filter and it's quick and simple. The overall design is attractive and it sits in your window looking pretty and doing its job while blending nicely into the background. If you have any questions or need any help their customer service is top-notch.

I can’t say enough this company has great customer service. A/C stopped working I emailed them on a Saturday and Skye emailed me back within 20 minutes, we went through all the steps to find out what was wrong with the system. When they reviewed everything they found it was the unit that was not working they sent us a new unit awesome was not expecting that at all. Very thankful because the east coast was getting a heatwave.

Just installed my 5th Windmill AC. The process is a snap and I love the wifi option too. When I experienced shipping damage from a 3rd party vendor, the customer service at Windmill was superb! A replacement AC was sent in a few days. Try Windmill and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Recently had trouble with my 8000 icing up. Contacted Windmill service and they were very helpful. Gave me some ideas to try to fix the problem., none worked. They decided to replace my unit even though it was out of warranty. Cannot say enough good things about this company and its products.

Windmill 8k WhisperTech is super easy to set up thanks to a step-by-step detailed graphic instruction booklet. Extremely quiet delivering a minimum of white noise and uniquely jets the air upward into the room. Controls are intuitive. And it is beautiful to look at and effortlessly compliments the room. I highly recommend this unit.
