As luck would have it, I received a defective AC the first time around. Product support got on it right away, with numerous communications. Today I received a full replacement (actually upgraded from 8.000 to 10,000 BTU's). It works like a charm and cools things off incredibly fast and efficiently! This is our first AC (hard to believe, as we are in our 70's and somehow got by with fans). We are total converts! Anyway, our whole experience with Windmill and the staff has been perfect. I haven't bought this yet, but can't wait for it to get here, because it's hot as heck in NYC currently. I like the advertised 'easy install', but the installation video on the product site left me uneasy -- there should be at least two people installing this AC in the AD!

I had an issue with my air conditioner. I reached out to Windmill. They were extremely responsive and quickly came to a resolution. They replaced my unit. I was blown away! They wanted to my sure my Windmill was quiet and they stand by their product. Loyal client for life!

This AC is such a huge upgrade from our regular window units. Not only does it look so much more appealing from both the outside and inside, it's way less noisy and the app is so helpful. We love it because when we are away we can control the air in our home to make sure our pets aren't TOO cold or TOO hot. Couldn't help but get one for each floor!

This is a very quiet A/C and I'm surprised that the major manufactures are not producing the same technology. It's so quiet that any little noise will make one wonder. So a couple of days after installing, I noticed a chirping sound and contacted customer service to make certain this is normal. (still was quieter than a traditional unit). It was determined that the sound is not normal and must have suffered shipping damage. Without hesitation I was sent via express delivery, another unit. This is quiet enough that I had to wonder how it could cool, but it does an excellent job of that as well. Our sofa is in front of the A/C and it doesn't bother at all. The air blows up, not out. I love the wifi feature and the app is simple without complicated graphics. This outfit knows how to do it and I am a 100% supporter! I'll be buying more for other rooms in our 1920's Washington DC Co-Op

I couldn't be more pleased with my new Windmill AC. It's very quiet, cools my home office (which is in direct sun most of the day) in record time, and was relatively easy to install. It's competitively priced and was promptly shipped directly to my home. I would readily buy it again and recommend it without hesitation.

I love the super quiet AC unit. Perfect for my home office-quiet enough for me to hold Teams meetings. Had an issue with the original unit, but the customer support was amazing. Followed up quickly and after just a few questions and uploading a quick video, they replaced the original unit. So impressed with the support. The customer service of this company is amazing. Sometimes. You take chances with smaller companies. And I’m so glad I took the chance with them. My room is ice cold and it’s amazingly quiet. Love the look of this and the installation was pretty easy! Having an app for your ac makes it feel so fancy but it’s also so nice to be able to set it to whatever temp you need before getting into the room. It’s a great machine and blows the air up so it’s not blowing directly on you but is cooling the whole room.

12k unit has had no issues cooling my entire apartment with the support of fans. The app has functioned flawlessly and the installation was a breeze. It took roughly 16hr to reach the furthest points away from the unit but 71-74 ° F has been maintained in 80-95 ° F outside temps. Thanks for ending this Michigan heat wave, maybe I don’t need central Air after all! WeOne star less only because the packaging was obviously an AC unit that could be spotted from a distance away.
