I bought the A/C based on the Wirecutter review. My unit had issues. I sent video to the most excellent Windmill Customer service. The response time was amazing and my new unit is ready to be installed! I’m very happy to deal with a company that is proud to back their products! Thanks to the windmill team!

I had to buy a new AC because of a major recall on the brand I had. I'm really liking this unit. I feel like it cools more completely with less effort, it's quieter than most units I've ever had, and it's much nicer looking which isn't important but nice to have. My only, only wish is that they sold a support bracket for it. Needed or not I always feel better with it and my last brand had one designed for it so I got spoiled. :)

We got this for our primary bedroom since it is so expensive to cool our entire home through central air for one room. We love the look of Windmill units compared to other window based options. It’s super effective, and cools the room really quickly while also being quiet. Installation was also very easy! Would absolutely recommend!

This AC is sleek and effective. We have two of them and they cool the whole apartment. When one of them malfunctioned gathering ice inside, we reached out to customer service and they resolved the issue immediately by sending a replacement! The new one is working great!

The design is sleek and it’s much quieter than the previous unit we are replacing. The customer service really is outstanding. I had a question about the size I would need for our room. It was a Saturday so I really didn’t expect to hear back from someone but I did and it was within 45 minutes. I also had a small problem with the unit we received and it’s been handled with ease. I also love being able to use an app to control it. Everything was very easy and were very pleased with the cooling and efficiency.

I own 2 windmill air conditioners and they are great. The last one I purchased was having some vibration issues but customer service was amazing and corrected the problem right away. I would definitely recommend these air conditioners. They are very quiet and kept my apartment cool the last few days when we hit 102 degrees in Boston!

I have a small art studio about 100 yards through the woods from my home. I rarely went there during the summer days because it was such a pain to go out, turn on the A/C, and then go back to the house and wait for the studio to cool down. Now I can do everything remotely. What a GREAT solution! The installation was easy (except for part where we had to carry it along a wooded path for 100 yards ... HEAVY!). Cooling is efficient and quiet. I'm so glad I made this investment in my artistic life!

The design of the WindMill air conditioner is advanced , leading to a quiet- running, highly effective system. We ordered 2 units and one came making a weird noise the other wasn’t making so we reached out to customer service about the noise and after doing some trouble shooting it was determined we needed a new unit. They were speedy at replacing the unit at no extra cost to us. We will certainly be back for any future needs we may have!

I love this AC, it cools my whole downstairs very quickly and is so quiet. Easy to install and more sleek looking than other ACs. I had an issue with my AC at first that it was making a weird noise and they were extremely responsive and helpful in fixing the issue.
