I cannot thank the windmill team enough for their help with a service issue. Everyone was nice, responsive and knew the a/c system well. When we found we could not repair, customer service reached out and replaced our unit. AT. NO. COST! Virtually unheard of. We went with windmill originally because we wanted a smart a/c (controlled on smartphone and Alexa) and a unit that was quiet. We are staying because of the care we received when we needed help. We will not go anywhere else for our cooling needs. It is only 95 degrees today. 🥵 But later this week we can’t wait to see temperatures reach 105 and hotter. We will be watching it all from our frigid bedroom. Thank you Skye, Maggie and Mike!

I love it I had like three ac’ s now I got one great windmill ac that keeps the downstairs cool and I got one upstairs that keeps the upstairs nice and cool I appreciate the great work u did designing it and how much it works well keeping the house cool keep up the great work at windmill thanks

We ordered 2 10k btu quiet units for our home and received them quickly. Unfortunately one of the units did not work properly. An email sent to the support team was responded to in a few hours, troubleshooting services suggested, and when that did not resolve the problem a new unit was shipped out to us quickly. It’s always frustrating to get a product that’s not working properly, but a great company sets itself apart by making a resolution quick and painless. Very satisfied with our purchase and will add a few more units to our 1525sft home in the coming season. Compliments to the design team and the customer service team.

i bought two 8,000 BTU units for my apt (which is about 650 square feet) and they work so well! i have one in the living room and one in my bedroom, and it is MORE than enough to the point that i only run one at a time. installation was so easy. highly recommended.

The a/c unit was easy to install by a trusty friend. I waited to write this until we had hot weather. It works beautifully. I really like that it doesn’t blow cold air right at us, but angles up. We do also use a ceiling fan in that room, but could do without it and the unit would still keep us comfortable.

Have been living with small ACs for a while in a little bedroom. I love that the lights fade and it has an app (game changer on my walk home from work). Otherwise works really well and cools consistently. Very happy so far. Will update if things change

I love my new Windmill AC. It cools my living room quickly and quietly but without that artificial iciness that most ACs put out. The air feels natural. The design is modern and low-profile and isn't an eyesore like traditional ACs. Since hotter summers are our new normal, I'm glad to have some relief to come home to!

Overall, I have been very happy with Windmill products - very smart invention to include sleek design and the covering of the side fan panels - how smart!!! Unit looks cosmopolitan installed and not messy. Everything fits pretty snuggly for a good look in the home.Thank you!

When I first turned it on, I wasn't even sure it was on! The compressor makes a tiny bit of noise when it first comes on for 4-5 seconds, and then after that I can barely hear it. It cools the room much more quickly than my old unit. After that, I can use the Eco mode to maintain the temperature. I was able to install the app with no issues.

I ordered the 8k whisper tech and all I have to say is wow! We live in an old home that doesn’t have central air, we do have a mini split, but if the bedroom door is shut, it can reach up to 80° in there. Some years we install the old, loud AC unit in the window but I don’t like it because it’s so loud and I wake up at 2 AM freezing. The whisper tech wouldn’t even wake up a cranky newborn. It is so quiet. I was a bit nervous about opening up the pocketbook because of the cost but it was well worth the money! Thinking about another unit for the spare bedroom. What I love most about this unit is that it auto shuts off when it reaches a certain temperature and the quietness
