I now have three units covering two homes and they are everything I hoped they would be -- and more! Quiet, effective, and convenient (with device management through my iPhone), I have recommended these many times.

I love this thing! It's beautiful, quiet, and has not had any issues getting me through the summer. The airflow moving up and the magnetic filter are both really nice, unique (to my knowledge) that made this stand out to me.

It's chic. It's efficient. And nothing makes me feel like I'm living the high life than turning on the ac from my phone on the way back from the beach over the summer. Truly one of the best things I've brought into my home.

I've been telling everyone how happy I am with my Windmill AC. It is such a thoughtfully-designed product: energy efficient, whisper-quiet operation, visually appealing. I also love the fact that the cold air blows up at a 45-degree angle and can't believe every air conditioner doesn't offer this feature. It was worth every penny. The company's customer service is also terrific.

Purchased one from Best Buy. It’s didn’t work and due Best Buy’s ridiculous return policy I had to contact the Windmill consumer service. Excellent customer service and they took care of everything. Sent out a new unit and I couldn’t be happier. Purchased another unit for my house. Great product and super easy installation .

We ordered our first windmill product about a month ago. Setup was really easy and the design of the AC unit is aesthetic. After a few weeks we had a issue with what we think is the compressor. We immediately reached out to the company and got a quick response. After troubleshooting a few things we realized that the unit had to be replaced. Customer service was top-notch and they really stood by their product. They shipped us a new unit and everything is working perfectly now. Would highly recommend to all.

I had an issue with my air conditioner. I reached out to Windmill. They were extremely responsive and quickly came to a resolution. They replaced my unit. I was blown away! They wanted to my sure my Windmill was quiet and they stand by their product. Loyal client for life!

I bought the 12,000 BTU unit when one of my central units was hit by lightening. I already had purchased two of the windmill fans and loved the style and quality so the AC was a quick decision. After almost a year the AC unit began making a loud noise when the compressor kicked on. I notified customer service fearing I wouldn’t get a response or any help but they surprised me. They replaced my unit after I sent a video of the noise my unit was making.

The customer service of this company is amazing. Sometimes. You take chances with smaller companies. And I’m so glad I took the chance with them. My room is ice cold and it’s amazingly quiet. I have the whispertech and it makes its promise. Any questions you have. They get back to you right away. Like. Right away. Maybe an hour response time. I love the product. I love the service. This AC is such a huge upgrade from our regular window units. Not only does it look so much more appealing from both the outside and inside, it's way less noisy and the app is so helpful. We love it because when we are away we can control the air in our home to make sure our pets aren't TOO cold or TOO hot. Couldn't help but get one for each floor!
