I like this fridge. it's bigger than it looks and can fit a lot of stuff. Sticks out more than a counter depth fridge bc the doors have a ton of storage but about 4 inches less than the standard. it replaced. The water tasted horrible (like plastic/chemicals) despite flushing so we bought other filters and now the water tastes great. Try that if you have an issue. One star off bc the interior plastic feels cheap.

We needed to replace a counter depth unit and were amazed by the interior space of this beauty! 27 cubic feet is huge! I love the sleek look of the 3 door unit, and love the "hidden" water inside the refrigerator segment, and the ice maker in the freezer drawer is totally convenient! Deep door shelves hold everything! Excellent use of space. Found the price to be another win for this excellent unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Large interior space, convenient water dispenser button, exterior handle design allows for access without having to touch the face of the doors (preventing fingerprints), warning beeper if doors are left open for an extended amount of time, quiet, good lighting. Cons: Power cord on top of the unit...had to modify cabinet above it to accommodate the cord, prefer a black cabinet better than the grey so it would match LG range cabinet. Had to schedule a service call to have doors leveled. Even though it's counter depth, it protrudes more than others.

This replace my 10 year old lg French door that died. I liked my old LG French door. After it died, I replace it with this unit. I in the store I noticed that the inside quality of shelves and drawers were not as upscale and as high quality of my previous unit, but until it was installed, I could not believe how cheap the quality of this unit actually is. I actually regret my purchase, I don't feel this one last even 10 years. Shelved, drawers and bins are cheap and flimsy, If you looking for quality and a look of quality. Look elsewhere, this is not it!!

We bought this refrigerator to replace our old one that was 16 years old. This one is so much larger and holds so much more than the old one. We wanted one that dispenses water from the outside of door but no ice and could not fond one. This one dispenses water from the inside, which I don’t like; but, the water comes out very quickly which does make me happy. The shelves are deep and moveable and the doors hold a lot more than our old one. The freezer is deep and holds quite a bit of food. The ice is made quickly and we seem to never run out. The ice is in cubes and and fits into a tumbler easily. all in all very happy with this French door refrigerator .

This LG is replacing GE that lasted 3 years (cheaper to buy a new fridge than replace the compressor that would come with only 6 months warranty). However, it looks like we receive an LG lemon. First, there is the open door beeping alarm which started about 30 mins after unit was powered and would not stop even though doors were closed with no obstructions and leakages. The fridge was also empty. Troubleshooting with a magnet as per LG support showed that there was an issue with the doors. Placing a camera inside showed that the lights would not go off after closing the doors so definitely an issue with the door status sensors. This particular model does not allow you to disable the beeping and also does not show the current temperature. The second issue we saw was the temperature for top and bottom did not lower the set target of 34F (top) and 0F (bottom) after 2 dys. The top plateaued at around 43-41F. The freezer (bottom) section did better at around 2F with a target of 0F. It is now replaced with a new one as the issues were reported within 48hrs of receiving (luckily). However, it took over a week to replace so we had to live with the constant beeping for all that time. The replacement units seems to work (at least no door open beeping) and appears to be cooling. We'll see how long the LG lasts given that there so many complains about the LG fridge compressors. From this experience, not so impress with LG fridge quality, but at least Home Depot support is helpful. While this unit comes with wifi the LG Thin Q app is another issue of its own. We have not found it all that useful other than monitoring some usage. We have used the Samsung equivalent on a dryer and it seems a better app over all.

I have this refrigerator for about two weeks now. We wanted clean looking without a water and ice dispenser from the front of the door. Stainless steel is nice looking and stays clean. Water dispenser from inside is easy and water tastes good. Makes nice clear ice cubes of a good size. Only complaint is that you occasionally hear the ice maker. Overall love the frig. Lots of room for everything, with especially deep door storage.

Doors are made wider to get the 27cuft, but they swing outwards and hit the countertop if you push it in to be flush with the countertop! So now we have to pull out the fridge a few inches so it doesn't hit the countertop and pantry beside it when the doors are fully open. Other brands doors pivot so that the corners don't come out and hit the surrounding area. See pictures. Design flaw!
