the product is cheaply made. The plastic shelves and draws are very thin. I like the fact that it is so large and fits the counter depth The size of the ice cubes is great compared to other ice makers. The freeze seems smaller then normal

The amount of storage exceeds that of many other units which is great for a counter depth model. Reminders, like the doors open, and time to change filters are very helpful.

We are vert happy with our new LG. We almost bought a different brand, so glad we didn't. It has plenty of room in the top and bottom as well. Very quiet too. Would recommend.

Great counter-depth fridge, has lots of space both inside and on the doors. Easy to use with great features and very convenient access to controls via the mobile app. Highly recommended!

I like the refrigerator, but it does not get below 37 degrees in the refrigerator section. I am having to go through the warranty to get it fixed. Its7 months old and I don't think it ever cooled all the way down to the lowest degree.
