[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and I am so happy with my LG refrigerator that I am happy to recommend this LG product. It is a French door refrigerator in the new stainless that does not leave fingerprints. It is counter depth so it does not stick out into the room. we live in a small townhouse and space is a commodity. I can’t believe how spacious the frig is. We store milk, condiments, etc in the very deep spaces inside the doors and there is still lots of room on all the many shelves. Our last frig was actually larger but did not hold as much. Plus, we can now see our food. It is not buried and out of sight. The water spigot is inside too so no mess in the outside of the door. Lg really organized this refrigerator very successfully. This is a well planned out appliance. I would highly recommend it to others. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator only several weeks ago for our weekend house and cannot give it definitive performance review as yet but can comment on its layout, features, and build quality. We discovered that this 27 cu. ft. counter depth refrigerator can store so much more than we thought it ever could. At first, we were even convinced that we may have purchased too large of a refrigerator. We have most all refrigerated items stored in direct view and arranged on the two interior doors. We're trying to organize the shelf interior so that we know where any given item is on a regular basis. We're not there yet. We have purchased clear plastic bins for use in the freezer section to better make orderly use of the space. The ice maker is a little slow but the ice collection box in the freezer is very convenient and doesn't waste space on the door. I find the inability to determine the actual refrigerator and freezer temperatures annoying and frustrating. The digital set temperature seems inadequate without also showing the actual temperatures. I had to realign the left door after delivery and installation after initially loaded it with items. The left door would not engage the top track to close the flap seal between the two doors. The instructions and tool provided helped me solve this problem that I felt should not have occurred. The water filter was easily installed and the interior water dispenser was convenient to use although we only drink spring water which we store in its 2-1/2 gallon dispensing container on one off the adjustable shelves. The exterior stainless finish is smudge resistant because it seems to have some kind of clearcoat finish over the stainless steel. I, however found two very small defects in that finish which I will live with. A further comprehensive review of this fridge will be given after a longer term of use has been established.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2017 we bought another very popular brand 23 cu.ft. refrigerator that we should have been happy with. It was a disaster. The in-the-door ice dispenser meant having the ice maker in the refrigerator. After replacing the ice maker and all it's component parts, that refrigerator is now in the garage to store drinks. The replacement was the LG 27 cu.ft refrigerator with the ice maker in the freezer and the drink dispenser in the refrigerator. Couldn't be happier. More space for food, Better storage organization with shelves and drawers. Bigger vegetable storage bins. More freezer space. And no more painful experiences with reliability like our not so old other brand refrigerator. LG is the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has been really great. The capacity is superb even though it’s technically a county depth. The doors are thick though so keep that in mind. They need to stick out beyond the door opening if you have it like ours next to a walkthrough galley kitchen doorway. The water filter and air filter do seem to wear down pretty quick. We’ve had it less than six months and we’re already about to need to replace both. Otherwise we love the rest of the features including the water dispenser inside.

There isnt anything about this new fridge that I don’t love. From the capacity for storage in the doors to the huge vegetable and meat drawers it is so spacious and well designed. I absolutely love the bottom freezer. It’s so easy to organize and find stuff. I love having the water dispenser inside the fridge and not on the door. It’s much less messy.

The design gives us more room in the refrigerator part, and the lower freezer part is easy to organize and use. The shelves are sturdy and the drawers are easy to remove and clean. Ice maker makes plenty of ice and is easy to access.

The doors open wider than the 36" stated. Now it hits the wall

Left door slams shut very hard and dislodges the contents of the door bins. Door bins can’t bend adjusted to custom heights and the fixed spacing does not accommodate tall containers.

We remodeled our kitchen and purchased this fridge as part of a matching package. Everything is great and operates perfectly and we love our new kitchen.
