This refrigerator has more room then our previous one. The spaces in the door hold many of our bottled products, especially the gallon size containers. The ice making capacity is great, and cubes are the right size for our summer drinks. This refrigerator is more then we had hoped for in a counter depth size. Glad we bought it.

Overall I like this refrigerator, but I’ve had to purchase some little plastic “dividers” to go on the deep door shelves to keep smaller items from falling over every time the door is opened or closed. This isn’t a problem if the shelf is packed with items, but if there’s space, it is a problem. I like the ice maker - it makes a large quantity of ice and is easy to use. Also the filters are easy to access and change. (Note: I had to obtain an updated air filter cover/holder to actually fit the filters, but LG was very helpful.)

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations! Even though it is only slightly larger than my previous side-by-side, the layout allows much more storage. I like having the water dispenser inside the unit as well. The finger print resistant finish is one of my favorite features. This appliance is so easy to clean and keep clean! I enjoy all the features including the "alarm" the lets you know when you've left the door open or ajar. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

We needed a counter depth unit and this one is huge inside while still fitting in our space. The ice maker is great and quick. We did not get it in the door because we wanted plenty of space. The only drawback, and it is minor, I would like to have a little more flexibility in adjusting the shelves

However, shortly after purchase the ice maker and water dispenser stopped working .A repairman came and found a kink in the water line which he fixed and now everything is working perfectly. The people who have helped us with the purchase and repair have been very helpful and courteous.

I love this new fridge! The space inside is amazingly large and easy to see things. The ice maker in the freezer is awesome. I'm still not sure about the filter though. Water tastes weird and I've emptied 2 gallons of water already. Might try buying a new filter to see if the this one just isn't good.

Didn't intend on buying an LG refrigerator from my local appliance store. Last time we were looking for a fridge they were more based for big box stores. This time however we were VERY IMPRESSED by the French door lower freezer. Here are the many reasons WHY! Easy to get at water and air filter to replace when needed (rarely), the SUPER DEEP crisper drawers which can hold a LOT of produce. The large drawer on the bottom of the fridge fits a good size platter for guests, or a big pizza box. The shelves on the fridge doors are amazingly huge. I would wager that they are a gallon jug of milk deep. Mostly the things we like are the interior layout which is outstanding and what has been needed forever! The ice maker is in the FREEZER where it belongs and doesn't jam up or freeze over. The drawers in the freezer fit a LOT of food. The doors are amazing, the Thin IQ connection is very helpful for filter replacement notification. Water on the inside of the door means NO MESS on the outside. Very easy to keep clean. I could go on for hours. Best part is that they are built to last and if need repair they are easily repaired. I am stoked that we have finally found a refrigerator built for the needs of many rather than the cutsy ideas of a few.

We are happy we bought this counter depth refrigerator. It has amazing capacity in both the freezer and crisper drawer. The icemaker is located in the freezer and that leaves extra room in the main compartment and especially the doors. With the water dispenser in the main compartment, we don't have to contend with water in the outside door opening and on the floor as with in door dispensers. Ice maker puts out plenty of ice in a day. Would recommend this unit to anyone that is thinking about needing extra space and eliminating the in door water and ice dispenser.

Everything about it, from the LED lights, temperature control via Wi-Fi, smooth sliding drawers, to the non smudging stainless steel finish. Overall this fridge is a winner!
