We love this refrigerator! Seriously, we can see our food and keep our food organized. The fridge portion is all at eye level, with freezer drawer below. Tons of room in both areas, with adjustable shelves - happy to see the butter cage was no longer built in- that was wasted space to us. Delivery and installation was a total breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator as part of a kitchen remodel. We're quite pleased with it so far, and it looks great in its new home. We chose the countertop depth model, as we didn't want it occupying a ton of space. The fridge is laid out well and there is a lot of internal space. Of all the brands and models that we looked at, LG seems to have thought through how to make a shallower fridge while maximizing space for everything.

I believe I have the wrong housing for the filter that goes with the refrigerator. I have to tear the carcoal out of the plastic frame on the filter in order to use it in the housing that I have in mine.

This refrigerator was purchased after much research. It holds so much more than our previous counter depth refrigerator. The interior water dispenser works for us and gives a clean outside appearance. I gave it four stars because it was delivered with a small ding on one door and am in the process of having the door replaced. The LG rep has been very helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has been really great. The capacity is superb even though it’s technically a county depth. The doors are thick though so keep that in mind. They need to stick out beyond the door opening if you have it like ours next to a walkthrough galley kitchen doorway. The water filter and air filter do seem to wear down pretty quick. We’ve had it less than six months and we’re already about to need to replace both. Otherwise we love the rest of the features including the water dispenser inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge two months ago, and I have to say I’m extremely pleased with it. It has a lot of space. It has a lot of shelves on the side doors you can see everything clearly and the freezer is also big and it’s easy to find stuff. It’s also easy to clean, which I am pleased with totally recommend that.

My fridge has not worked since it arrived and getting a warrenty part has been the most frustrating and horrible experience ever. Now the part sent is the wrong part and I may have to start the whole process over . We will see....... The technician is not willing to spend more time dealing with LG so no one is happy. And I still do not have a working refridgerator. If LG will get me my part THIS WEEK, I can modify this reveiw slightly!

I have had this fridge for a month and am very happy with it. Going from a side by side refrigerator a French door has been great. There appears to be so much room. The thing on the left door that swings open should be able to it without regard to quickly you open it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall happy with the fact that this is a smart fridge which can run diagnostics. I did have an issue with the refrigerator turning off when I was away for a couple of weeks. I had not setup notification at that time. The meats in the freezer went bad and the stench remained 2 months later despite cleaning the fridge, changing air filter and water filter.

We bought this LG frig after the Frigidaire we purchased was installed and didn't work (it was returned). There are many things to like in the LG Counter Depth French door frig. It's shelves are deep enough to accommodate a 13" pan; the lighting is excellent; the deli drawer is a huge hit with my family, as everything is easy to see and access. The freezer is massive with a bottom bin deep enough for a Thanksgiving turkey, and the top drawer, which is deep enough to stand up a quart of ice cream, pulls out so nothing gets lost. On the downside, the drawers are not full extension so there is a bit of space in the back that is hard to access sometimes. The top left door on the frig has a self close mechanism which causes it to slam if you don't hold it open, which is not pleasant. We have had this unit since December and have had no problems. I would purchase this again, but next time I would get the single door rather than French door (personal preference).
