This dryer is the perfect pairing to the washer. My clothes, blankets and towels have never felt cleaner or smell better. The Samsung SmartThings app makes it even better! The ability to control from my phone and get updates makes laundry day more enjoyable. The pet care option and bedding are my favorite settings so far! The pet odor is non existent and everything feels so fluffy and clean! The noise reduction is insane! I can barely tell it is drying, good thing I get notifications on my phone!

Bought my dryer last year and already it has a bad gas valve. been talking with them all day and they wont send me a new one because its a year over the warranty. Really, its literally been 1 year and 3 months and they can send me a replacement part free of charge without trying to get me to pay for a Samsung service call which I'm pretty sure is going to be high to compensate for the free part

We have experienced no major issues, and used most of the dryer cycles provided. We have several dogs, and were attracted to this model based on the petcare systems included. We have been underwhelmed by the performance of that system, in comparison to the extended wash time it requires (nearly 2 hours in both washer and dryer). We have only noticed a small difference on blankets or clothes between that cycle and the quick cycle (40-50 minutes). The water usage seems and energy usage seems to be efficient, we've noticed a decent drop in our monthly bills since install. The design is sleek and so far has been resistant to any stains or dents. Installation was easy.

Bought this dryer 5/13 and I'm not at all impressed with it or the installation. No where does it state that the dryer will not be installed for the steam sanitation to work. It requires a water connection, the Samsung installer just didn't do it and didn't say anything about it. I will have to purchase the hose and water connector on my own, as these components were not left with me. I also need to install a new vent. The dryer doesn't remove the amount of hair it claims to not will it dry a king size blanket completely. I used a whirlpool dryer at an Airbnb and it was amazing! Most of the hair was removed and the blankets were dry. I thought I needed a new dryer and fell for the Pet Care system. It does the same job as my old dryer and it's slightly smaller. I'm very disappointed. Now I know why it's on sale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer because it is huge inside and drys very fast. The lint tray is really easy to access and easy to clean. The drum light is really nice because its bright and illuminates the inside really well. I love all the different settings on this dryer and must admit that there are so many dryer cycles to choose from I am about 3/4ths of the way through trying all the cycles out. the door opens pretty wide, I would like to say that its extremely easy to switch the door out. Our laundry room needed the door to open from the right side, I just followed the instructions provided in the manual and was surprised at how easy and well it worked. I love this dryer and my friends do too. With all 5 cats we have and 3 dogs, pet hair gets on everything but after a round in this dryer, the pet hair is a thing of the past!

We found it with the Samsung Pet care appliances. We used to have so much trouble with how much pet hair was staying in our clothes after washing and drying them. With these appliances, we do not have that problem anymore. They work great. They do not make any noise. You do not even hear them when they are on. I love that I can control them from my Samsung phone. These appliances are XL, which is great for our big family. Both washer and dryer have some great features. There's so much that you can do with these appliances, that you probably do not have to take your clothes to the cleaners anymore. I've always had Samsung appliances and I love them. The Steam Sanitize+ feature is a blessing. My clothes not only come out smelling fresh but also wrinkle-free. It's like having a personal steamer. Plus, with flu season and all, knowing that my clothes get sanitized is an added peace of mind. The look is great. Super sleek and looks great in our downstairs laundry room which is the same as our bathroom. Everyone had to see the clunkers we used to have in there, but now they are not an eye sore. Lastly, the Sensor Dry is an unsung hero. It's smart enough to know when your clothes are perfectly dry, saving them from getting overcooked. All in all, I'm super pleased.
