I must say I love my Samsung washer and dryer omg it's amazing it does everything from sending me a message when my clothes are done washing & drying I can't believe how quite it is I love the wrinkle guard on the dryer and the washer will send me a text letting me know it's time to clean it there's nothing I don't like about my Samsung washer and dryer!! We found it with the Samsung Pet care appliances. We used to have so much trouble with how much pet hair was staying in our clothes after washing and drying them. With these appliances, we do not have that problem anymore. They work great. They do not make any noise. You do not even hear them when they are on. I love that I can control them from my Samsung phone. These appliances are XL, which is great for our big family. Both washer and dryer have some great features. There's so much that you can do with these appliances, that you probably do not have to take your clothes to the cleaners anymore. I've always had Samsung appliances and I love them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this on a Black Friday deal as we also needed a washer, so we bought the set. The large capacity easily handles a king comforter and x-large dog bedding. The pet setting seems to work well in removing pet hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given the size, capacity is perfect if not too much (in a good way) to dry clothes. I love the navy blue color design. So many features on the dryer and have only used normal and quick dry. Quick dry still needs improvement though it may possibly be user error? Items weren’t fully dry, which I was aware from other user reviews. Overall - so far so good. Technology hasn’t been tapped in yet.

No need to fill reservoir anymore. Just getting to know how it will perform over time.Pet care setting did make dog blanket smell fresh. Not sure how that works exactly right now.

I'll say this much... the dryer looks fantastic. I really don't have much else to say though. It was just delivered and while running through the initial "burn-in" run by the installers the inner glass shattered. After doing a bit of searching on the Samsung site it appears this is a very common issue with this model dating as far back as 2020. Now ask me why, in 2026, Samsung still hasn't addressed this problem. Now I have to wait another week for someone to replace the glass door. And then hope it doesn't happen again. I'm shocked that Samsung isn't doing more to provide safety and assurance to their customers.

For starters, everything comes out of this dryer slightly damp. You cannot use the sensor or normal load to get anything thoroughly dry. I've tested it with normal size loads small loads and oversized loads. Every single one comes out slightly damp. Yes my vent is clean and the dryer duct is thoroughly pumping outside. I even ran a blockage check and it came back that everything was good. This happened the very first load it ever dried and everyone since then. The other big complaint is how easy it is to scratch the surface of the dryer. I have a cardboard box of [redacted] dryer sheets that sits on top of the dryer. That cardboard box has scratched the metal surface quite thoroughly. What cheap paint did Samsung use to allow cardboard to scratch it? I would also like to point out that I find it odd that this dryer is called a top loader when clearly it loads in the front. I attached a picture directly from their website to show what I mean. I also noticed a large majority of depositive reviews are "incentive reviews" take a note that mine is not. And then most of the negative ones are not.
