Best streamer on the market. I've tried them all including the so-called GOAT Nividia shield. The apple 4k blows them all away. Roku, Fire stick or Cube, Chromecast 4K, or TIVO. NONE come close to how clean, quick, and efficient this device is. I don't know why I didn't buy an Apple 4K streamer or any Apple years ago. I'll never go back. This device is a no-brainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously bought a Roku from Target a year ago just for it to fail on me. My roommate has an older Apple TV we have been using in the mean time and thought it was time to get my own. Apple has always had quality products so was okay spending the extra money compared to a new Roku. Works smoothly and everything, no complaints.

I currently own two older versions of Apple TV. One is the HD (2nd version), the other is 3rd generation UHD 4K. (The first release of gen 3) The version available now is definitely worth the look. I have an OLED tv and I noticed an immediate improvement in picture quality. And, the apps respond better. It just seems faster and a little smoother. If you’ve got an earlier version, try the new one!😎

Wish I had got this a long time ago! It’s an Apple so it’s the best! I had Roku which is much cheaper and you get what you pay for. Now I can watch my huge Apple collection of tv programs and movies I have collected over the years. Just pull the trigger and get one. It lives up to being an Apple product.

one would expect a delivery to be delivered, not thrown or left in front an address for anyone literally on the street to just grab it ans walk away with an item i was billed 147.00 dollars for. why did i cancel membership with walmart plus? you cant be trusted to simply "deliver" something smaller than a brick.

Another great Apple product! I love this box. If you don’t have a smart tv this Apple TV will turn any TV into a smart tv! You can have all your apps that you need to stream. If you stream stuff straight from your phone or other device then you can mirror it to the box and it works perfect on your tv. I love that the most about it! Everything is crisp, fast and clean as you get with all apple products! If you have a smart tv already then it’s really just an extra apple accessory and not really necessary. Haha Great product as usual by Apple though!

More expensive than the various Roku/Fire sticks. My Roku stick started having issues with AirPlay and certain apps started to have buffering issues. Final straw was Roku increasing the number of ads. The Apple TV is just a great experience. Other than the Roku channel, it has all the apps/channels that my Roku had. Due to the amount I use my TV for Apple Fitness, that alone was worth the price. The interface is easy enough to use. If you have modest requirements for your streaming stick, then probably should stick with the $30 Roku and Fire sticks. While I can see using the Apple TV without any Apple devices, I wouldn't suggest that either.

I'm really thinking or hoping that I received a... "Dud"?? My current 2021 model has much better picture quality and transitions through screen selections just as fast as this new model "touts" to do! I'm returning this item asap! I definitely wouldn't invest the additional money for the disappointment that I experienced...

This streaming box blows the others out of the water. I can stream all night over night without it wanting to shut off or freezing up. Very nice quality and the streaming apps work much better. Awesome 4k picture and love the remote with the touch scroll. Go for it.

We have been so pleased with this device that we stream it on all of our tv’s even the ones that technically don’t have to have it because of it’s uncomplicated and like to have them all the same. Works well and really easy to setup if you’re an Apple user already.
