This is my 3rd single serve pot and continue to be very happy with the product. When I did have a mechanical problem with the coffee maker Custer service was very helpful and professional, resolved my problem quickly.

i wonder this coffee maker connecting has issue, not each click works and makes coffee after cover up the lid. Sometimes, i need to try many times to make it work

We are avid Keurig coffee machine users! We recently bought this single cup brewer for our camper and it fits in our small space, perfectly. We use it every day we camp/travel…anywhere, anytime!

I am so happy to have the extra-strong brew button on my coffee maker. I can get a full 10-oz cup of coffee from one pod, and it tastes wonderful. Also, this coffee maker is easier to use, less messy, and takes up less space than my old one.

this is second one i have had as first one played out on me but received a replacement with no problem A good warranty I would recommend this small coffee maker

It was defective as it squirted out coffee all over when it would start to come out and then leak for 5 minutes. The bottom hole was on the edge instead of the middle. It was this way with all of them.

Originaly, my brewer K Mini Plus was a Christmas gift in 2021. I don't know how I ever lived without it. I will never go back to being without a Keurig, never.

So far after two months of use my Keurig replacement is working great since my original Keurig only worked for 4 months!! Hopefully Keurig quality and reliability has improved and it works for a year or more like other coffee makers!!

My k-mini keurig was less than a year old when it stopped working. Called the warranty line and they were pleasant and easy to work with. I was surprised at how easy it was!

Love the small footprint. Had some trouble with first one but it lasted almost a year and customer service was fantastic. The warrantied one is working fine with no quirks like the first one had. Looking forward to long relationship!
