Love it at the office! No more carrying mug from home. Slim footprint, strong option and single serve. Nothing better. Have big unit at home, this coffee is every bit as good.

I had trouble with the Keurig that I had and it was still in warranty. The Customer Service jumped right in and took care of it for me. I was so impressed! Thank you Keurig for the responsible way you run your business.

I’m on my second machine, the first one quit working after 2 months. They were quick to send me a replacement! Fingers crossed! I really like it so hope it stays working.

Keurig finally replaced my defective machine, but only after much e'mailing, sending in photos, receipts, etc. I spent hours convincing them that it would not brew.

I purchased the K-Mini Plus because it is a single serve. Water doesn't sit in the reservoir, but is used immediately which in my opinion enhances the flavor of the coffee. I enjoy the strong option.

We’ve had several Keurig’s over the yrs. Enjoy the ease of making coffee with these machines. Our last machine failed prematurely and the company was great on their warranty and immediate replacement of our unit.

I really like it however I had wanted the lighter aqua verses the darker aqua that I received. Guess it will do and hope works better that the one that only worked a few weeks.

The brewer came quickly, and it fit well into our kitchen. The color of midnight teal was perfect. I would have given the review 5 stars except I expected the coffe to be brewed hotter and stronger than it does. But overall, I like the brewer.

This is the best purchase i ever made! Was looking for a new coffee maker and was not impressed with anything out there. I've heard good things about this. I love it, and bought a basket so i have the option of using my own ground coffee.

It's very loud while heating up and dispensing the water. I would not have bought this model if I knew that. It takes longer to heat ip than the other models.
