My original K-Mini Plus was a gift. I only used it 3 times and water stopped dispensing. Great Customer Service replace with a new unit. I have only used the new one a few times and have to hold the arm down to make it work. Maybe the larger models work better, but this small one needs work.

Unit does NOT work. Followed the step by step start up instructions. The indicator light does not light up and after 2 minutes the unit just powers down without brewing. :-( Purchased for use in our RV. Thankfully I ordered well in advance so I can return for a replacement. Love the color, too bad the quality wasn't there.

Slim, sleek, convenient plus it works incredibly well. No more waiting for water to heat, little mini heats water instantly as it comes though and it'll be piping hot water for sure. Love the strong brew button, all the parts are easy to clean - can't say enough this thing is great!

Just the right size for me since I’m the only one who drinks coffee in my house. Easy to use. Doesn’t take up a lot of space and my morning coffee is always hot and fresh. It’s cute too, especially in the teal color I got. The only thing I would like better is if it came in the apple green color my old single serving kurig was.

I bought my first Keurig in June 2021. For whatever reason the K-Mini did not function as expected. I called customer service and they walked me through setting it up to brew. The rep realized right away that the K-Mini was malfunctioning. He emailed the instructions for submitting the purchase receipt and the serial number which I did the next day. The replacement arrived withing 3 weeks. Thank you Keurig for making it easy to solve the problem.

Perfect size and color(red). Easy to fill and best coffee brew ever. My older single serve Keurig was still working wonderfully, and it was donated to a shelter for the staff to use. Purchased the K-Mini for my granddaughter last year and she uses it every day.

I’ve been very happy with my kminiplus. However, I’ve only had it a short time. My past experiences with Keurig coffee makers has been mixed. Most have not lasted past the six month mark. We’ll see about this one. Love the convenience tho, l will say that. So for now, a guarded 4 star rating.

Stupid thing only works part time. Push the button on top and it goes through some gyrations and the light goes out, but no coffee. Finally get it to work once, but that's it. No second cup. Yes I know there is a 6 oz minimum. I fill it to slightly over 6 oz.

Received on 1/28, got it up and running in minutes. The device is super lightweight and this can be both + and - but overall its better to be able to move it around with ease. The strong coffee feature is my favorite because I always thought it needed a bit more kick. Slim design means it fits almost anywhere.

I previously had a Keurig Classic coffeemaker. I liked it, for sure, but I worried a little bit about storing water in the coffeemaker. I was afraid there would be a mold buildup. But, in spite of that, it just quit working after about 3 years. I tried everything I was told to do to try to fix it, but nothing worked. Then, I got the K-Mini Plus. I LOVE it! I'm the only coffee drinker in the house, so this model just suits my needs perfectly. Also, there is no water being stored. I just pour in the amount I need for my cup of coffee, and that's it! I like my coffee strong, so I am so glad I can punch it up with the 'strong' button.
