My K-Mini Plus stopped working about 6 weeks after I got it - just wouldn't turn on. After a phone call with a very cordial rep who asked me to do some trouble-shooting things to be sure it was broken, they agreed to send me a new one. It took a few weeks until it was delivered, but I was very happy that they stood by their product.

I purchased the K-Mini Plus to replace my K-Mini because the removable water reservoir is easy to clean after each use. No worries about a dirty or moldy reservoir. My only issue was when the machine kept moaning & groaning after it shut off. I finally descaled the machine a couple of times and the problem was fixed. So it is best to keep up the descale cycle every 6 months as directed in the maintenance instructions.

Besides the fact I love coffee made with a Keurig, the compact size is what I really like. Nice slim design is barely noticeable on my countertop. I highly recommend this awesome coffee maker, you won't be disappointed. Oh, and the storage for K cups that the stock photo does not show.

I was so excited to see a white Keurig, I ordered it immediately. Loved the one that was discontinued and thought this would be similar. First of all, why would you put a black cord on a white coffee maker. Old models had white cords! Second, if you use a regular coffee mug or cup, the coffee splashes all over the coffee maker and counter. We had to purchase tall mugs to accommodate the ill-made coffee maker. My husband and I are very disappointed and would not recommend it

I purchased the Keurig K-Mini Plus in Black to replace my Keurig K-Mini in Army Green so it would match my newly remodeled kitchen. I love it!!! The only reason I went with the Mini-Plus is that I really like the idea of being able to take the water container out to wash it. Being able to brew a stronger cup of coffee is a bonus too!

I have tried to phone several times. The wait time has been over an hour. No success. I am incredibly unhappy with my purchases. I bought one for me and one for a family member. Only one has been opened and it is not fit for purpose. It over flows with every test run on it. I haven't bothered to use a coffee pod in it as the hot water pouring all over the counter is enough of a mess. I would like to return it all and be done with it. How do I do this???

The coffee maker is fine, but my purchase experience was extremely disappointing. I have written to you twice to address the issue, but this is the only time I've heard from Keurig. I gave my email address to save 15%. I got nothing. So I paid far more for this machine than probably everyone else on the planet.

I had been using the K500 and was disappointed in it like everyone else was. The K-Mini Plus is really perfect for me. I'm now the only one in the household who drinks coffee so I don't need to make a pot. The "strong" button gives it an advantage of the K-Mini, and I wouldn't have purchased it without it. Although the reservoir is designed for just one cup, it's not a problem. It means that the water is always fresh and that I can make a 6-, 7-, 8-, 9-, 10-, 11- or 12-ounce cup. I find that 11 ounces is a good size for me, 12-ounces is a little watered down. I've been using it just two weeks so I can't attest to the longevity of it, but it's working fine thus far.

I love this coffee maker I put it in my bedroom so I can make s quick cup of coffee in the morning I just want to know is there a k-cup for this coffee maker so I can put my own coffe in it instead of the regular K-cups that have coffee ???? Other than that it works great I love the k-cup holder it hold 9 k-cups so that works for me I might get another one for my guest bedroom thanks kurige

This mini plus has it all, for me. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, it has storage for pods and it can make stronger coffee. I like how I get to put fresh, filtered water in for every cup. I have had a mini plus since they first came on the market. I have had several over the years. I follow instructions for cleaning and each one has lasted for many years.
