While it makes very flavorful coffee and hot chocolate, it's also very messy. The down spout spurts and sprays coffee all over. I have to hold the mug up to the spout while it dispences the hot liquids to keep it from spraying backwards, forwards, and sidewards. I've been using a taller travel mug even at home just to avoid the clean up.

This is probably my 6th Keurig and we love this little guy. This single brew system is compact and easy to use, as are all Keurigs. We keep this one in our travel trailer. This is a replacement for the one we had..for some reason the old one decided to call it quits without much use. So I called Keurig and despite being past the warranty they sent us a whole new coffee maker. This is the 2nd time they have completely replaced a system for us. Although having issues is frustrating Keurig is excellent when it comes to customer support.

I bought my first mini Keurig about 6 months ago. I started having brewing problems and Keurig quickly replaced it with a brand new one at no cost. I love the idea of just making a cup at a time, it takes very little counter space and fits in with my kitchen decor. I would recommend this product.

I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service that I received. The machine is very easy to use and super convenient for busy mornings. The machine is also very compact and easy to maintain. I experienced an issue and customer service took care of it immediately and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Works just like the big Keurig. You have to add water for each cup. Does 8 to 12 ounces at a time, has auto shut off. Nice white color matches my kitchen. Even comes with a pod storage thst stays in the same footprint! ( its where the cup goes to brew)

I love the simplicity of this machine. Easy to use and makes the tea or coffee nice and hot. My one criticism is that it is rather noisy. The cycle is fairly quick, so it is tolerable. Small size is a plus. This machine does not have the sturdy feel to its construction as my home brewer, but it is OK. Overall, this does what I wanted it to do, so I am happy enough.

This is the second replacement for a mini I bought about 18 months ago. We make 3 cups of coffee daily. The original one purchased did not last, it was replaced under warranty. The second one lasted about 5 months. Both started not running water very hot then once coffee pod was placed, had put put the cover on many times to try the button to restart. If this one dies, I will be looking for another brand. I had a full size Keurig for many years, gave it to a friend as we moved to a condo and I wanted a smaller size. Very dissatisfied with this model, wonder if there is an inherent problem with it.

We've used a classic Keurig in our RV for years and remove it when we store the RV for an extended periods of time. Unfortunately, we usually forgot to return the Keurig to the RV for the first couple of trips the next spring - - won't happen now, I got a stand-by that stays in the coach (with no water reservoir to worry about). Got my cake & eating it too!

Only thing is it can be kind of loud and annoying, takes 2 minutes to get a cup, and it doesn't warn you when you forget to add water. It just runs through until you see there's no coffee in your cup. But good for the price, and fits small countertops like mine.
