It brews good coffee and always guaranteed to get a fresh cup of coffee, but unfortunately the machine doesn't last long at all. My last Mini Keurig machine lasted @ 2 years. I am on my 3rd. Keurig machine within the last 6 years! Also, when I speak to people in the store, they tell me the same thing, you are lucky to get 3 to 5 years out of the coffee machine.

This is great for your office or kitchen. It only holds enough water for one cup but what I really love is the design. If you work in a not so clean environment and you have to worry about pests like roaches or ants, the design pretty much leaves no point of entry for pests. The k-cup holder also blocks the hole where your coffee comes out of. If you work in shipping/receiving and like having your hot cup on your first break I highly recommend this.

I actually had to have a replacement sent. It didnt work straight from the start. You have to be very careful about how much water you use. It says 6oz minimum but mine doesn't work until 8 oz. Same in the high end. You have to be pretty precise. I was also told to use bottled water vice filtered refrigerator water. (Not happening!) I like filling it for each cup vice having water sit in it. I also wanted red which limits my options. Overall I'm satisfied.

I chose this machine for the ability to heat water for dry soup. Also, I occasionally drink a cup of coffee. First time after I set it up for brewing, my coffee was weak and lukewarm even after selecting strong brew. I wouldn't trust it for anything.

I received the Mini plus for Xmas gift. recently started to leak on my table from the bottom somewhere. I called customer support explained my situation and received a replacement in less than a month. I was very impressed and pleased to say the least.

Absolutely LOVE this Keurig. I had a larger model for years and enjoyed it, but was a lot to clean. This one is great, especially with the removable water reservoir and the k-pod storage included. I also really love the color. We needed something to take up less space, and have used it like crazy since we got it. My husband is sick & tested positive with Covid-19 this week, and has used this a ton for tea (something he wouldn't even drink before). Only drawback is that the machine is quite noisy when drawing in the water to heat up, but if you can get over a 30-second noise complaint then it's terrific.

We bought this brewer to replace a similar one from another company. We are really impressed with the quality and features. We like the strong brew button, we use Sumatra and like our coffee strong and this unit delivers. We purchased this compact model to use on road trips, so we can have our own coffee first thing in the hotel room. We also use it on our coffee bar at home to make a single cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Excellent product!

I received this brewer as a Christmas gift and am completely satisfied with it. Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great cup of coffee. I will mention that about two months ago I began to have some intermittent problems with the brewer, but it was still useable.. I contacted Keurig to discuss the issues. They agreed to replace the brewer in kind. In good time I received a new brewer. The new one is now in service. So, not only is this an excellent product, but also Keurig stands behind it 100%. Very reassuring these days.

My husband & I do not use this everyday, as most people do. We use a percolator & a ceramic pour over pot. I wanted this machine for the convenience & love the idea you can make one cup of varying amounts. I have a Cuisinart single serve machine. I do not care for the fact that it is hard to make a small amount of coffee unless you fill the water reservoir to a minimum level. I use filtered bottled water. I know this sounds weird, but I did not like the fact that there would be water wasted because of this minimum level because I do not store water beyond the end of the day. I also like the fact that this K Mini Machine does not require storing water & it is a per use fill up. I would recommend this K Mini Plus Single Serve for a quick cup of coffee.

This replaced one that was gifted to me but didn't work, so I had never used one. The getting-it-going process is tedious and frustrating, and I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly, but once I have the coffee it's fine. I like the slimness of it. I wouldn't mind having a longer cord. \
