Love the design. Great feature to hold pods in an attached holder. But coffee isn't always hot, and you never know if you'll get a full cup. Sometimes you have to lift and start over. This isn't my first keurig. Very disappointed. They did send me a new one. But has same issues.

This coffee maker has pros and cons. Pros: It makes good coffee quickly. It doesn't take up much space on the counter. Cons: The power cord is ridiculously short - I can't even pull it out to the edge of my counter, or store it where I'd like between uses without unplugging it. The "Regular" Mini (not the "Plus" has a longer cord, and it stores in the unit, which is much better. The pod storage unit is silly. Nobody is going to put it back in the unit after each cup of coffee. I thought it was attached to the back, underneath where you pour the water - not the front over where the cup sits. Since I use loose coffee anyway, I just took it off and left it off. Also, the little cups for using loose coffee are a bit much. It does make good coffee, but seriously - 4 pieces to wash? It seems that there could be a simpler arrangement.

I like the size of this Keurig because it fits in our camper perfectly and brews pretty much the same as the larger Supreme plus. You can make only one cup each time you add water but that was not a deal breaker for me. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

I don't like who watered down my coffee has turned out with this Keurig. Even when utilizing the "Strong" option I'm not getting the taste I was getting with my bow broken 2.0. I'm using the same flavor of coffee and getting completely different results.

This is my third keurig item. The original one was purchased in 2014. It was just replaced in 2018. We purchased this one because we us it on the road. It had to be replaced after 6 months of use (customer service is awesome). Was very pleased with this it just started making only half cups of coffee or not heating the water before it pumped through the pod. Customer service is more than I expected it to be, they were prompt and very understanding. I received my new keurig within a week. I hope this one lasts because I really looovvve my keurig!!!

I bought this a few months ago. I love the new design and the way the water well comes off for cleaning. The only thing I find different is the temperature of the water coming out. My old single serve Keurig brewed much hotter water at 170º. This one only heats no hotter than 165º. Wish there was a way to adjust the temperature.

This was a company replacement for the SECOND unit that l purchased after the FIRST only worked for 4 months. The second unit worked intermittently for 6 months. As both had the same repeated malfunctions of not working at all or making cold coffee,l am reluctant to review this third unit as l have only had it 10 days.

This was a gift for our daughter who is a new over the road trucker. This compact size is perfect for storage, with room in the brewer to store some pods, and no water reservoir to spill-water kept in a spill proof bottle. Making a single cup when she is ready works for her.

I wanted something smaller for my countertop, so I purchased this one. It’s a single serving Keurig style coffee maker, but total quality. I’ve purchased smaller units that were different manufacturers, but Keurig is always number one with me. The difference in quality is huge!

I had to spend about a week w/out it - broke due to a cat incident - and was actually unhappy about it. This doesn't *happen* to me! I was spending too much time at the vet and always appreciated being able to have a good, fresh, hot, cup of coffee. On the way home one day I called my dearest friend and said, out of the blue, "I need you to buy me one of these but a small one " "Okay . . ." Two days later this showed up, perfect color and after first singing it's praises on my Facebook page it's now an occasional comment when I sit down; "I still love my coffee machine." Enough of the story, what about the machine? It's slim and fits against a wall or tucked between other things; the shape makes it much easier than a round pot. No moving parts, sliding the carafe in and out. So easy to use even my terrified-of-kitchen friend used it. So quick that by the time I've tripped over and fed the cat I have coffee. Why did I want a small one? I've discovered that it fits neatly across a low pod storage drawer but the main thing is, why would I want a larger one? One cup of absolutely fresh coffee. (Guests and you can brew a second one quickly.) No burnt taste because you haven't cleaned the pot with backing soda recently. No fumbling to fill the carafe with water. No remembering to turn it of. And just one cup at a time, cleanly and quietly with no leftovers. Tea too, or hot water if I want to go through tea bags. No boiling on the stove. At first I was worried because you have to buy pods but even that has been reasonable. Why have I bought a replacement? I was cleaning the counter, it was on the floor, see above about cat . . . It's very sturdy - another plus - but not up to what happened. Online to get a new one before the day was up.
