Besides the fact I love coffee made with a Keurig, the compact size is what I really like. Nice slim design is barely noticeable on my countertop. I highly recommend this awesome coffee maker, you won't be disappointed. Oh, and the storage for K cups that the stock photo does not show.

I bought this to replace my bigger Keurig in my travel trailer. I don't have a lot of counter space so this is the perfect size. Coffee tastes great and it's simple to operate. Although I like the pod holder, it fits so tight it's hard to remove and replace under the brewer. Maybe it will loosen over time.

Our original Mini-Plus was purchased in 2018, and we traveled quite a bit with it until last year. I had purchased one to leave at a daughter's house in another state, so the original stayed home. It finally bit the dust in January of 2025 - not bad for all the mileage and usage, I'd say. Unfortunately, its replacement was a bust: the motor sounded loud, squealed when using the 'Strong' button, and it didn't seem to make the hottest coffee. After two calls to some foreign place [sidebar...], I finally got someone to listen and replace the replacement. This one works so very much better. It punctures the pod, heats up correctly, and makes the coffee right and without any squealing. It's kind of like it is how it's supposed to work. I gave it a 4-star rating because I have concerns that the quality control that was there before Dr. Pepper bought it is not as prevalent, and that others may have the same initial experience with these newer ones.

I purchased 2 coffee pots this past summer. I need the mini in my Atlanta condo due to the lack of counter space. It worked great at first, but then malfunctioned. Your rep walked me through trying to clean it and to get it to work, but after spending quite a bit of tome nothing worked. She was very patient and informative. I was pleased to receive the replacement. I would have preferred it in black.

The one cup model that failed and was replaced under warranty by Keurig has tended to stop up (just like the first one that we purchased dd). I don't know why this has happened, just that it has. We washed it out. We cleaned the openings thru which water should pass. Finally ran water thru the process without a coffee pod installed and whatever was stopping the proper flow cleaned itself out. Now it is making coffee again. But when can we expect the thing to stop up again? Just saying...

We've been using the Mini Plus for a few weeks and are we satisfied with the purchase. Things to keep in mind are: 1. It can only brew 1 cup at a time. You need to refill the water tank before brewing the next cup. 2. There is no attached water storage tank. 3. There is a small storage compartment for storing pods. 4. The unit takes very little shelf place. The only complaint I have is the power cord being a little short.

I bought this unit to replace a larger unit. The first one worked for a couple of months. The company replaced it with the current one. If it continues to function I’m happy with it. Time will tell I guess. Great in theory, size and function, simple to use. A little noisy but you know when it’s done.

This Mini K Plus works as the older versions but...the unit does not include a pod for refillable use. You have to purchase same. If you try to use universal non-Keurig refillable pods, you will damage the machine. It also does not come with all instructions. Base starter instructions are there but are incomplete and additional are only available on line. Once I got all the info I was okay

I bought the mini plus in Dec 2021 after the prior Keurig mini (a different style no longer available) stopped working after a year. I read the reviews many of which were critical but said Keurig replaced when broke. I liked the color, size & quality of coffee but after just 4 months it started making grinding noise and required two press downs each time to make coffee. I tried every troubleshooting activity and had cleaned with Keurig cleaner. It took 45 minutes online with a rep to finally have him pass me on to a supervisor who agreed I was entitled to a new one under warranty. So far this one is working but it's only been a month so I'll see what happens. There aren't competitors that I can find so you take your chances. At least warranty was honored.
