The K Mini has great potential. Great for campers. No counter space you can store it away. But why it's a great conversation piece to any home. Love the teal color one. You can bring on any road trip. So you always have coffee where ever you stay.

I had been filling with 8 oz. water using a measuring cup with no problems. But today I decided to use 6 oz. of water. As usual it pumped the water into the heating chamber, but instead of completing the brew it just turned itself off... added 2 oz. more water, pushed the go button and this time it worked. Repeated this twice and got the same result. So if I only want a drink of 8 oz. it works o.k.

Keurig told me i could replace my old K but when I sugessted several models they were unable to provide the models I wanted so i felt obligated to pick one in a hurry and picked this one not understanding its features. Resevoir for one cup, no cup selection

A few years ago we received a Keurig "Mini" as a gift and shortly afterwards we were experiencing troubles. It continued to brew weak, lukewarm coffee but after the noises began we placed it into retirement. One day, a couple of years later, my wife suggested we call Keurig. We had no receipt, but we called and spoke with a few representatives before being put in touch with Mike, a top level management employee. Mike wasted no time; he reviewed our prior conversations and issued us a new Keurig Mini. We are so happy to at last have a working brewer. We are proud to find a company acting so responsibly, and have been enjoying rich hot coffee ever since. Keurig, you're the best!

This replaced one that was gifted to me but didn't work, so I had never used one. The getting-it-going process is tedious and frustrating, and I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly, but once I have the coffee it's fine. I like the slimness of it. I wouldn't mind having a longer cord. \

I finally was able to have the coffee I purchased from you. I am recently widowed and usually have only one or two cups a day. I purchased a box of Dunkin Donuts coffee, a box of Green Mountain Dark Roast and Breakfast Blend, and a box of Paul Newman. #1 was Dunkin, 2 was Breakfast Blend 3 was Paul Newman and the least favorite was the Dark Roast. When these get low I will reorder.

Although we really didn't use this product that much in the year that we had it, it died shortly after our move to a different state.I made sure to keep the original packing and box that it came in and the move wasn't responsible for it's demise.A few questions and tests from the representative from Keurig and they sent us a new unit.We are so happy to have this product, even though we utilize it as a backup to our main coffee brewer.

We had high hopes that the warranty replacement would last longer (just 5 cups) than the original. Unfortunately, the replacement produced only one cup before failing similarly to the original, i.e. the water goes into the Mini Plus, the machine makes a few sounds for a short time before turning off and not producing any output. So sad. At least our daughter enjoyed the one cup of coffee the machine made.

This is the third K-mini Plus Coffee Maker we've had, First one cost us the Replacement Cost because our Mom who we bought it for kept using it and it hadn't worked properly within a few months of the Purchase but she didn't think to call Customer Service. The Replacement for the first one lasted about 3 months and the water pump would never shut off. I called Customer Service and they had me run some tests, then decided to replace it at no cost this time (well within the Warranty Period). If you Purchase one of these Coffee makers, be certain to register it and call Customer Service at the first sign of any malfunction.

I replaced a larger model with this one and am satisfied so far. I live alone and usually only have one cup of coffee a day, so it serves my needs just fine. I took one star off because it is a bit noisy. That said, all my prior models with bells and whistles always had something go wrong 2-3 years in so I’m hoping this plain, simpler model will be an improvement. And, it’s a pretty color and takes up less room on my counter.
