My K-Mini quit working properly only after a few months...I called and told them, and was sent a new one within a few days! Great response! I love my new single serve coffee maker! We use it several times daily! I like the fact that I use fresh filtered water each time. I make Chi Tea lat...so I run a cup of water thru after each use to keep it clean! Great little coffee maker...love the Red color!

Love the size and Evening Teal color. Perfect for us because we don't drink a pot's worth, and because you fill for your cup each time, water doesn't sit and become stale so no waste. Fresh filtered water each cup. And this one has the removable water container and the 'Strong' cup button option. Of course with K-cup pods, you can do a different kind each cup, or a variety of other beverage choices. We'd absolutely recommend this to anyone not needing the bigger makers.

It was an easy transaction and I received my replacement Keurig in less than a week! Excellent excellent customer service. I have been a Keurig customer for several years and have tried many different coffee makers but none of them holds a candle to Keurig! Love how hot it gets my coffee. I NEVER RECEIVED IT I was careful to change my shipping address before ordering the coffeemaker. You, however shipped it to my old address in Michigan. I frantically tried calling you, filled out your form, tried emailing you. NOTHING!! You went and shipped it to the old address. The new owner, who we didn't get along with during the home sale, is now enjoying our $80.00 coffeemaker. Your survey request is the first contact I received from you. So, based on that, what do you deserve between 1-5?

Unit does NOT work. Followed the step by step start up instructions. The indicator light does not light up and after 2 minutes the unit just powers down without brewing. :-( Purchased for use in our RV. Thankfully I ordered well in advance so I can return for a replacement. Love the color, too bad the quality wasn't there.

I picked this one up so my wife could enjoy her tea without it have to use my Duo or put it in her officeif she liked. My wife went through the cleaning process and promptly sat down with our daughter who was home from College, for tea. That's when the weedeling began! She wound enjoy tea in her dorm room, she would love to offer her boyfriend a cup of coffee when they study, it's allowed in her dorm.......... Fortunately I never had it, but my wife will miss it!

Three days after receiving this Keurig Mini, it stopped in the middle of the brew cycle and shut off. This would happen about 75% of the time. I had to unplug it, plug it back in, lift the handle, and start over. I think this is a recent quality issue because we have another Keurig Mini that has worked well for years.

Got my new Red Keurig few days after Christmas, this one came with a small storage unit. Its cute. I love thin streamline look, its rapid function. Im always on the go so this allows me varieties of flavors in minutes. Great investment. Keurig stands behind thier products !!

Slim, sleek, convenient plus it works incredibly well. No more waiting for water to heat, little mini heats water instantly as it comes though and it'll be piping hot water for sure. Love the strong brew button, all the parts are easy to clean - can't say enough this thing is great!

This was for a replacement that stopped working. I am no happy with it. I do not like filling the reservoir every time I want to use it. I am used to keeping water in it. I will hold on to it for a little while to see if I can get used to it and if not, replace it.
