Opening the box and seeing the Keurig that I received CONPLIMENTARY, before even opening it I knew I was in for something great. The sleek matte black look, the slimness of the coffee make itself (great for someone with little counter space), and the fact that i received k cups along with it! SETTING IT UP WAS SO EASY! All you have to do us take it out of the box take the tape off, plug it in, and do one brew of just water through it to ‘cleanse’ it and you’re all set! Took less than 2 minutes and within another 2 minutes I had the perfect size cup of coffee! Thank you Influenster and Keurig because I received this product COMPLIMENTARY for testing purposes, and all opinions are my own.

I've had 2 of these. And at first they were great, almost a year after purchase it was hard to get the coffee maker to work. I'd push and push the button, unplug it and plug it back in. Took several tries to make coffee. Pretty much the same with my next one. The one difference was after it make coffee it would make the strangest sound almost like a growl. Freaked me out first time I heard it. Both coffee makers towards the end made lukewarm coffee, so had to be heated in a microwave. I hope this can be resolved, because I'm tried of throwing things out like a disposable item.

Did Keurig test this product? I don't believe that they did because when using any "normal" size coffee mug that I own, coffee splashes everywhere every time I make a cup! I need to wipe coffee off of the counter, the mug, the machine and whatever else is nearby. The reason is likely the increased height needed to allow Keurig to brag that this brewer is "travel mug friendly." I even used a "taller than normal" mug and still had to clean up splashed coffee. I am going to buy a couple extra tall mugs - but I shouldn't need to do that. And, I am betting that there will still be a mess. Making the machine taller to be "travel mug friendly" also leaves insufficent clearance between the top of the machine and your kitchen cabinets. Not enough room to easily pour in the cup of water needed for the brew. If this machine was produced by my company, we would have noticed the problems with the first prototype and never produced it for released it for public sale.

I received this for free from Influenster and I am so happy with it. Thank you to Influenster and Keurig for this product! It is a great size. The coffee that came with it is great. This is the best coffee maker I've ever had and it makes just one cup at a time. Makes me wish I had a bigger one!

I just ordered the Keurig mini plus in evening teal. I love the size (fits my small kitchen). I made a cup of coffee right away, and the coffee was piping hot and great tasting (even without using the strong button). It is a little noisy brewing, but if doesn’t bother me. It’s a little slower brewing than previous Keurigs, (I’ve had about 5 so far, but that’s probably why the coffee tastes good! good!

I bought this for an extended work trip and then to use in my office. It's been a complete disappointment. Regardless of how much (or how little) water you put in the reservoir, you get inconsistent brew sizes. I put it enough for a travel mug and I get a 6 oz. I put in 6 oz and get an overflowing coffee cup. Also, it makes a mess. The weak stream spits everywhere, so unless you have a tall mug, coffee gets splattered on everything. Complete waste of money.

I bought this a year ago and is the worst coffee maker I have ever owned. It doesn't work most of the time. After wasting 3 or 4 pods trying to get it to initiate the water heating cycle it brews a luke warm cup. Then for no reason the third or forth time it works. I will never buy a Keurig product again.

I received this product in the mail today and immediately unpacked it and tested it out by making a cup of coffee. Needless to say this product is amazing! My first impression of this product is how easy it is to fit literally anywhere in your kitchen. It is so slender and sleek that leaving it on your counter top does not add clutter. It is the perfect keurig to purchase if you are a student like me and don’t have the largest kitchen. The coffee tasted amazing and I will definitely use this every day. What a piece of junk. I will be taking this back as soon as I get home from travel. First cup came out great... piping hot. Second cup, less than an hour later... had to power on and power off about ten times until it started to brew. Coffee was luke warm. Next day, same thing. Took multiple attempts to get it to even brew and then the coffee was warm at best. I had such high hopes for this brewer, but it is a complete waste of money.

I love it! It fits perfect anywhere in the kitchen because of the size and the color goes with every different decor. Since I'm the only one that drinks coffee in my home it's nice not having to brew a whole pot, it just takes a couple minutes to have one hot cup for me!
