I bought about a year ago because I have limited countertop space in my kitchen and the compact size is perfect. Around 5 months ago, it suddenly stop working. It stop brewing. I tried troubleshooting it, it didn’t work. I try to google other solution, nothing worked. I’m really disappointed and I’m not sure if I’m gonna buy another one to replace the broken one.

You would think after so many bad reviews, they would recall them. But I've gone through 2 and don't know if I just want to give up on Keurig all together. This machine will hold all the water in and brew nothing. Too many wasted cups to put anymore effort in.

I had one in my dorm my freshman year of college. It’s was so great to be able to easily and quickly make coffee before my classes. I do wish it was slightly easier to clean, however it’s convenience is a major plus. Would recommend for any college student!

Bought this for Christmas and have been using it quite a bit since. Seems to work as advertised so far. Love the sleek look, quality feel, and how little space the device uses on our counter top. Have to say I was a bit nervous based on so many mixed reviews but so far, it is great. Time will tell on reliability but at the moment, I plan to buy another for our travel trailer.

Received this from Influenster, what a nice surprise! It’s super compact and absolutely adorable. My boyfriend and I do not have a huge kitchen at the moment and it fits perfectly! Also the single serving is wonderful as I’m not a coffee junky as my other half, and now he has his coffee maker and I have mine!

My wife gave me this for Christmas and it has never worked right and seems to be getting worse. I’ve used other keurig models and have never had these issues. First, it doesn’t brew the correct size cup. For example if I put in 12 oz of water, I might get a 4 oz cup of coffee. Where the extra water went, I have no idea. I’m guessing it just sits in the machine because a lot of times I’ll try to brew another cup to fill my mug the rest of the way and it ends up overflowing. Waste of kcups. Second, the newest problem is that it’s brewing cold coffee. Cold coffee isn’t exactly ideal on a January morning in Ohio. Third, on the rare occasion that it does brew correctly, it is so slow. 5+ minutes for a cup. Never seen a keurig be this slow. I really want to like this machine and I was excited to receive it but it just doesn’t work properly. I’m going to try to perform all the cleaning steps keurig has in the support section of the website and see if that helps but based on other reviews it just sounds like this machine has inherent issues. Would give 5 stars if the machine worked properly.

I have owned four different styles of Keurigs and loved every single one of them. We decided to buy the slim for our motorhome since it would be a great space saver. I have had problems from day one. You put the water in and it cycles thru for about five minutes and then shuts off, no coffee......... so if you push the button again......same thing.....where did all the water go???? So you have to add more water and cycle it thru again. Sometimes it will brew, sometimes it won’t. But after the second or third time of adding water, you are getting 12-18 cups of coffee with one pod! I like my coffee strong (2 pods per 6 of water). Very disappointed Keurig would put out such a horrible product. Back to Mr. Coffee for us.

It looks like I am having similar issues with this product that some of the other 1 star reviews have. Occasionally the unit works without a hitch (1x out of 5). What typically goes on is, it takes 5 - 6 x of turning it off and on to draw all of the water out of the bath, heat it and finally make coffee. The only reason I did not return this is I bought the K - Mini pre Christmas and didn't use it until sometime in January. By that time I lost the receipt and just decided to keep this annoying product. Unlikely I will ever by another.

I like it but I wish it could be better. I bought this one on Black Friday because I really wanted a coffee maker and I'm the only one in my house that drinks coffee. I've had a bigger one before but sold it because I didn't feel like it was getting used as much as it could. Now I'm regretting it...so this one requires you to put water in it for each use and it takes a while to heat up 2-3 minutes. You will think that its not making coffee and you have to hit the button several times. It's annoying when you're in a rush but very cute and a space saver!

This compact yet efficient machine is great for smaller areas or for people who don't like a lot of clutter. This is perfect for your work cubicle or your small kitchen countertop. The brew was strong and hot which is the main thing I wanted. My only qualm is that its louder than I expected which might not be the best for an office environment. The set up was super fast and simple. This was given to me via influenster to test and these opinions are entirely my own.
