Very secure, almost too secure, as when I try and remove it, so others can use the shower, I have difficulty releasing the suction cups. But that is a problem I don’t mind, because that shows me how safe it is for my family member.

sturdy, durable, slightly padded. Slight problem with leg adjustability. May require a strong hand to twist legs to lock them in. However, I still think it is a wonderful product., at a reasonable price.

Seat is stable. However, the exact seat is made to accept the shower curtain between the two parts of the seat. I wish I had known about the other model. It would have saved me the headache of cutting the shower curtain to fit the bench.

Like the bench however it was a bit time consuming trying to get it leveled for the tub and the floor. It is sturdy and works; was great to have during my recovery period and home transition.

I have a new knee which made it hard to get my leg in the tub safely. This has made life so much easier. Any older person or someone with balance issues getting in to the tub this is the answer. Easy to put together and adjust to the correct height.

I brought this for my wife , she is having knee surgery and this one was good for the price. Saw them for 25 or 30 dollars at garage sales. So figured this is much better and its new. Goes together easy and very sturdy too.

The frame (Lifetime Guaranteed) broke after a year. I am under 330lbs and it says for people up to 500lbs on the bench. I called the company and emailed them, to get a replacement frame but no one responds. It was a good transfer bench.

Adjustable height legs are worth the extra cost. We were able to make the suction cup legs in the tub shorter than the legs on the floor. Thus we were able to make the bench seat level.

Having double knee replacement I would never be able to get in and out of the shower. This made it as easy as it can be under the circumstances. Added the hand held shower head to make it easier.

It worked great for me to transfer from my toilet to the tub shower after my hip replacement surgery when I could not put any weight on my one leg and was using a walker
