One panel came damaged, but the vendor sent a placement right away with out charge of hassle.

Very light weight.

The only negative would be if you have a shower curtain, it will get the floor wet.

Make sure it fits in the type of shower you have.

Drive Medical Plastic Tub Transfer Bench with Adjustable Backrest. I need to replace this with another bench with a separation for shower curtain to go through

I didn't need a transfer bench, I purchased this to use as a waterproof outdoor chair that would dry quickly after rain.  Easy to assemble and seems very sturdy.  Seat is more comfortable with a cushion I carry outside when going to sit.  Not a gorgeous chair, but very functional for my purpose.
