this item doesn't seem to be built anything special but it cam quick and is working now (2 weeks). it has helped us out of a pinch

easy to put together wife just had a knee replacement which made it very easy for her to get a shower.

Very large. Tighter fit in tub than expected. Don't purchase if you have a double shower door on tub enclosure, won't be able to get into tub.

I like this but had to return it because I did not have enough space to use it to get in and out of tube.
