The bench itself appears to be sturdy enough for my mom. About the bench itself, the only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't quite fit in the tub as far over as I'd like; but it's still usable. Also, the instructions are a bit lacking. When you insert the legs during initial setup it fails to tell you that you have to twist them until you hear a "click" (it's a soft click, but you'll hear it). Also, it doesn't tell you that to release the suction cups you'll have to grab hold of any one of the little nubs on the cups and do a "twist-pull" action. Minor things, yes, but you still would expect it mentioned. All-in-all, the bench appears sturdy and works fine.

When putting this chair together the little 'ball' (in one of the legs) that allows height adjustment became dislodged and fell into the leg. After hours of failing to re position the ball I resorted to rigging it up with something else. The chair itself is sturdy and functions well but I shouldn't have had the problems with it that I did after paying almost $55.00 for it.

This chair is wonderful! It was easy to assemble, sturdy, and gives me peace of mind knowing that I am safe. With this type of chair it is easy, when down showering, to just swing my legs out of the tub and am still seated on the chair so I can finish drying myself off. Definitely worth the money.

This is a fabulous product at such a great value! My son was able to easily and quickly assemble this upon delivery to my door! It has gotten a lot of use after my first knee replacement and will continue being utilized with my second knee replacement. I have already recommended purchasing health equipment through Walmart.com to my physical therapist, which will reach a larger audience! Thank you!

After major foot surgery where weight bearing wasn't allowed for many weeks, this chair exceeded our expectations. The arm handle is especially helpful. We were concerned about how sturdy the chair itself was when half of it is inside, and half is outside the tub. No problems! This chair is highly recommended.

I bought this for my mom and it was easy to set up; no tools necessary. Everything snaps in place. The legs have various height adjustments. It was also half the price of what you'd find in a local pharmacy. So far, she loves it. It's larger than what it appears to be in the photo and very stable.

I purchased this item because I have a leg amputation and was moving to a new residence. My old residence had a shower only. My new residence has a tub and shower. Tubs are too slippery for me to stand. I found that this chair does not adjust enough for my tub. I had to purchase a piece of wood to place on the floor outside the tub for this chair to be level. OTher then that the chair works fine for me.

Love the extra large seating area and easy set upNo tools necessary and didnt no tools necessary and didnt even need instructions just a few little clicks into position and youre done!! Adjustable Heights for comfort and support . Transfer chair is larger than expected and was pleasantly surprised, Will probably keep it in place for every day use.
