Always tender any way you cook it.

I buy these all the time and am never disappointed.

The meat had too much grissle and really bloody.

Too much money for the quality. It was very tough.

Was going to use the same day as delivered and the meat had horrible smell and was brown on both packages even though the dates were good.

I thought being Angus it might be a bit more tender for my chicken fried steak. I did everything on my end, cutting against the grain, pounding and tenderizer but it was still a little tough.
