Very high quality cubed steak. It was delicious!

Was going to use the same day as delivered and the meat had horrible smell and was brown on both packages even though the dates were good.

All the meat at Sam’s is excellent! The cube steak is delicious. I would highly recommend this product!

I thought being Angus it might be a bit more tender for my chicken fried steak. I did everything on my end, cutting against the grain, pounding and tenderizer but it was still a little tough.

There is a about 8 cubed steaks in this package. If you have 1 or 2 people, you can separate these and freeze them. They are large enough that you may only need 1 per person. We have bought these numerous of time.

I’m on the Carnivore diet so I eat a lot of beef products… these would make awesome fried steaks, country fried steaks ir I just use them to mix it up - my 3rd pack 0 gristle
