I think I received a bad cut

I usually love the steak but the last I bought it wasn't that good. it was fatty and chewy. hopefully I just got a bad cut will continue to buy it

Usually i buy cubed steak from Sam's Club and it so tender and a good quality. This time it was so tough you can barely chew it!

Cube steak

Cube steak should be a top round which has no gristle. Well this batch was all gristle, it was a waste of money and time!
