Good deal on beef right now, as it is all so expensive! Slow cooked it in crock pot with cream of chicken soup, and lipton onion soup mix. Makes the best steak and gravy. Was great on mashed potatoes and/or rice!

I really like cubed steak and Angus beef is the best. They are great whether you are fixing one in a skillet or several in the crockpot. They were so tender and tasty. The package of them looked really fresh. Would definitely buy again.

Very good quality of meat and good size pieces. A hungry man may eat 2 pieces. 1 piece is enough for most people. I use it to make country fried steak. I make enough for 2 meals and freeze the leftovers in individual servings with gravy.

Most of the cuts were good, one was a lot thicker than the rest

I wish these were a bit thinner. I pound them a bit to make them thinner but wish I could skip this step. They make a great country/ chicken fried steak though… with gravy, rice, and baby limas. Yummmm

Wonderful flavor! However, in the pack of 8 patties , while repacking to smaller bags, 7 of the 8 patties had large chunks of suet hidden in each.

This cubed steak was very tough when cooked even after smothering and simmering in gravy for a long while
