Good deal on beef right now, as it is all so expensive! Slow cooked it in crock pot with cream of chicken soup, and lipton onion soup mix. Makes the best steak and gravy. Was great on mashed potatoes and/or rice!

I really like cubed steak and Angus beef is the best. They are great whether you are fixing one in a skillet or several in the crockpot. They were so tender and tasty. The package of them looked really fresh. Would definitely buy again.

I wish these were a bit thinner. I pound them a bit to make them thinner but wish I could skip this step. They make a great country/ chicken fried steak though… with gravy, rice, and baby limas. Yummmm

Wonderful flavor! However, in the pack of 8 patties , while repacking to smaller bags, 7 of the 8 patties had large chunks of suet hidden in each.

Tasteless. Even seasoned right tasted weird. Is this lab grown meat??

I will NEVER buy cubed steak at Sam's again. Apparently they have NO idea how to tenderize this meat. It didn't look like it had been run through a mechanical tenderizer. IF it was it was a worn out machine OR it needed it done numerous times. I'm an old woman and I certainly know how to cook, this meat was so tough NOBODY could have eaten it. I was forced to throw it out and that is hard on us as seniors living on SS! Shame on you Sam's!

I bought these to make chicken fried steak, nope other ideas. These were so tough. We used the whole pack and all but maybe 3 pieces were unedible. This is the second time getting from this store and I haven't been happy. Thought I should let you know before you buy.
